Didn’t fill the smoothie up all the way.The girl making the smoothie asked her coworker why the amount wasn’t filled all the way and her coworker just put the lid on and said it was fine. You pay for a 24oz smoothie and get 20oz. I asked them why it wasn’t filled to the top, they just said there was no more left in the blender. They all looked like they didn’t know what they were doing and the short smoothie was chunky anyways.
This place is downright awful. They had one poor little girl doing everything herself while the managers just stood around and let the customers berate her due to long wait times which weren’t her fault considering as I said, she was the only one working. Thank you Kassidy for the smoothie but this establishment is poorly run and they over work their employees. Shame

Terrell was very nice and made the best chia banana boost. Usually they forget to grind the dates but it was perfect!
maybe the manager Gary should work with and train employees so every time I come in it’s not someone new who doesn’t know what they’re doing, or maybe I wouldn’t have to wait an hour to get food or a smoothie that taste like utter cow manure. Other locations are way better, will never return with my hard earned money at this poorly ran cafe.

This place is an absolute disaster i don’t even know where to start . Managers are switched out ever month with no construction at all , they previously got a new manager ( his name is gary ) he fired all of the african american teens and kept everybody else used the excuse of “ needing a new look on the building “ this is 100% disgusting and racist , i will never pay a dollar here ever again and you guys shouldn’t either . Not only is the manager horrible the food is to, they don’t throw out expired stuff they just relabel it and change the expiration date . These people don’t care about peoples health at all , they just want money .

I ordered a salad and a smoothie bowl. I got my food delivered which was a mistake because they gave me a salad with no side dressing , also my smoothie bowl was made sloppy and all the ingredients weren’t in it . Also I didn’t get my side that came with the order. ??♀️

Was welcomed into tropical smoothie and quickly noticed the two hard working employees were the ONLY employees there. They were very busy with guests inside including multiple to go and door dash orders. These girls deserve recognition and the management should consider closing for pick up orders only to avoid upset guests in your overworked employees faces because they are understaffed. They still handled all guests with professionalism and politely which is not an easy task during the nonsense.
The two workers at the shop were so sweet even being super busy with just two workers. They killed it making food and drinks. Emma was so positive even when being swamped with drink orders.
