I go here at least 3 times a week on my way home from my boyfriends house. Today I stopped around 9 pm to get a large #3 with a water bottle. They asked if I wanted any sauce. I said no, but thank you when I pull up to the window. The lady who cashed me out was extremely nice. No problems there I just didn't get my receipt. But when I got to the window where they pass off the food, the guy hands me a 2 oz cup worth of water saying here's your sauce as he was laughing the entire time he did this. He then proceeds to tell me that they are waiting on a fresh chicken and ask me to pull into a mobile stall which I did. I waited about 5 minutes which was fine but when the guy came out And handed me my food.He seemed like he was in a rush. As soon as the bag was in my hand he immediately started walking to the door I didn't even have a chance to tell him that I was missing a part of my order. And I didn't get my water. Not to mention when i got hime the fries were ice cold. The lack of customer service here is truly something else. And the fact that any manager that works there would allow their service workers to do this to their customers. It's as unbelievable. I truly hope they don't treat anybody else like this.

I’ve never seen this many people working at a Wendy’s, and they still kept me in line for over 20 minutes before I just decided to walk out and not order anything. The only person taking orders was a manager and she was super slow.Also, they lock the door on the entrance side so they can secure an employee’s bike, making everyone walk around to the drive thru side.

I visited Wendy's to take advantage of the advertised 2 dollar Dave's Double. I went through the drive thru. There were two cars ahead of me. The line was moving pretty quickly. The cashier asked to take my order. I asked for the 2 dollar double. She explained that yhe promotion was for the app only. I explained that the app was unavailable, and did I need to come inside? She said No, it's app only. I asked if someone inside could assist me with the order, and she said no. I went to McDonald's and got the Quarter Pounder with Cheese buy 1 get 1 free!Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible parking and entrance to the building.

Ordered a large fry, they give you a small fry in a large container, like we can't tell. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I guess they're trying to save on potatoes, but if you order a large you should get a large, no problem with any other Wendy's. Shame on you.

I have been very disappointed with my breakfast, I order 3 days out the week, order the samething a #1 and the potatoe wedge always cold or my coffee, called to let them know and the manager or employee only offered $2.00 off my next meal. Very displeased with the offer. When all my orders were not up to standards.Bea

Twice I went to the same wendys, first time I went I got a chicken sandwich and it was dry and over cooked, second I went I got the biggie bag Jr bacon cheese burger, the bacon was burnt black, the hamburger was nasty I took a couple bites and could not finish it because it did not taste good and the fries were stale. I did not go back because it was late they were busy and didn't want any problems with the staff and the food is still in my refrigerator.

I didnt order anything just stood infront of the counter waiting for someone to even acknowledge that i was even there. So about 2 minutes later after many employees making eye contact but yet not saying a word to me. I left still hungry and went to Burger King a few blocks down.

Now don't get me wrong, I can honestly say that it's been a hell of a week for me personally, but maybe it's just something in the air. At the drive thru speaker, I ordered a $5 Biggie Bag with a dr pepper, and an additional large pineapple mango lemonade. My total is $9.32, OK perfect! I slowly roll my way around digging up exact change as I pull around to the window to pay and pick up my order.....the male cashier (who I can only assume took my order just second ago), takes my money (luckily I have exact change).....a female employee hands me a bag and a small Dr. Pepper, and I don't pull away from the window just yet because I specifically stopped at Wendy's for a lemonade, and she says "are you waiting on something else?" I replied with yes, a large pineapple mango lemonade, [mind you, there appears to be a large lemonade looking something sitting right by where she grabbed my Dr pepper from] then she says "give me a sec" and starts to close the window, I hear some words exchanged about this is the exact same order as here, just cash it out as this one. A brief moment later she opens it again holds out a small lemonade and says, "and just so you know, that's not what he rang you in for."........Um, well it's what I ordered at the speaker, it was on the screen, and I can only assume it's what I paid for (but never got receipt for, so lord only knows), so unless your biggie bags are $8something plus tax now, I suggest that maybe you don't accuse people of asking for random stuff at the window because you don't think they purchased/ordered it when YOU were the one that walked into the middle of everything. It didn't appear to be busy so I don't know why there was so much confusion surrounding the lemonade, but maybe I'm wrong....there was 1 car behind me in the drive thru. She was so abruptly rude to accuse me right away, but I highly doubt she even bothered to ask the male cashier (who took my order) if maybe he accidently mixed something up, BUT I REALLY DON'T THINK HE DID EITHER due to my total, it seems like $9.32 would be the cost for the biggie bag meal and an additional drink. SHE intervened, accused me, and then gave me the wrong size drink because she claims I didn't pay for it! I pulled into a parking spot to check that I got the correct food order [which I did], but I was not going to pull back around into the drive thru to argue with her again after the week I've had. Good luck having your cash drawer balancing out at the end of the night honey because I paid the exact amount I was told by the cashier. I'm really not happy about getting a small lemonade though when I was charged AND PAID FOR a large, but THANKS for topping off the rest of my week and really ending it on a high note!!!! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name (longer dark hair), but whoever she is, I can definitely say that she has absolutely horrible customer service skills and should probably seek employment somewhere that doesn't involve dealing with people. Everything else ASIDE FROM HER (food, male cashier's customer service skills) was as to be expected. I'm quite honestly still a bit bitter about not getting my LARGE pineapple mango lemonade, but I can assure you that I will DEFINITELY not return to this location anytime in the foreseeable future. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

I come to this restaurant at least 4-5 days a week and sometimes twice a day. I order the same thing every visit. Typically this Wendy’s has great customer service. Today once I arrived at work I realized my order was wrong , there was nothing I could do about it at the time , so once I went on lunch I took the entire meal back minus the drink. I waited 3 minutes before being greeted even after serval people made eye contact with me , eventually a nice older lady greeted me . I told her my problem and she went to grab the manger , off rip this manager had a nasty attitude , she looked at the receipt and says we don’t even sale this , I said ma’am that’s literally a Wendy’s receipt. She said well what’s the problem, as if the bag and receipt weren’t both in her possession. So I opened the bag and sand which so that she could see. She said oh , well what do you want . I asked if it could be replaced with a lunch sandwich since it was 1:30 pm, she said no , you can come back tomorrow . I said no , I either want another sandwich or my money back . She stated well it’s hours later you can’t get your money back . Which is insane right because I clearly returned the entire meal minus the drink , so she states people just want free food and how she isn’t the one. On average I probably spend 200 dollars a month here so now I’m appalled. She ended up giving me 4 dollars back even though she never even looked inside of the bag to see the entire meal was there . Originally I was just gonna accept the partial refund but I could not shake her disrespectful attitude so I went to request her name , she told me no and that I needed to leave her store because her name is irrelevant and she took care of my issue . At this point I have another issue and it was her lack of manager skills . She said she would call the police and I stated that I would wait because of course that would give me her . Now she’s yelling and upset telling me she can talk to me however she wants because this is her store and didn’t care about corporate because her store is a franchise. So I sat politely and wait for the authorities. Long winded I know . But this is just step 2 for me, and from the looks of things bad customer service is going to be this locations downfall eventually and anybody who wants to talk to the franchise . They are under Douglas Corporation of Michigan
