Stop by to get breakfast and got a cold sandwich but had a hour and half drive so couldn't turn around. Stop by 4:48pm on my way home to get my order replaced. Replacement was large fry, medium sweet tea and an apple pie. Manager lady made me pay for the pie and I had to wait until she served 4 cars in the drive thru before getting my order. This is overall after 2 years. I’ve been here a lot. It’s gone downhill. 4 out of my last 5 orders have had issues. Most recent experiences could easily make this a 1 star. Amount of times I have to ask for sauce, ask for straws or make sure my meal is correct is not worth coming here anymore for dinner time. They gave my daughter an expired milk. Usually this McDonald’s is pretty good, today however my sandwhich was completely wrong. (Accidents happen, no big deal)Amber the manager was having issues with connection on the phone and even gave me a call back to take care of my issue! I wanted to give a shout out to Amber and the woman at the second drive through window. She’s always so positive and makes my day brighter.
