I never write surveys but I have to with my experience at the Taco Bell this evening. I was driving down m-59 in White lake Michigan when I suddenly became dizzy and my body became numb and I knew my blood sugar was dropping fast. I saw the sign and managed to get to the drive thru and all I said was I need help my blood sugar. The remarkable guy named Gabe was fast acting and told me to pull through. I was instantly handed a mountain dew Baja blast and 2 soft tacos.In my complete dizziness I didn't know where my card was and told him I had a few dollars in cash in my door but he was more concerned about my safety and well being at the time. He told me to park and if I needed medical attention he would call. I parked my car as fast as I could and was chugging the pop and eating so I didn't pass out. A minute later Gabe came out to talk to me and make sure I was okay. He deserves the highest award Taco Bell can give someone for his compassion and quick response to my situation. When I was felling right I ordered more food for later and had my pop refilled. The world needs more people like Gabe S.
Nichole k was my cashier today and she told me when I asked for a water that next time I’m gonna needs to take less time for her time clocks, wasn’t very friendly. I understand a bad day but never been treated that way. Everyone is usually so sweet but not this time.

Ordered through door dash. $44 worth of food with delivery. Didn’t receive my $7 burrito. Called up there to weigh my options. The manager said I can come up and get my burrito. I go up there (15min away) and ask if there’s any sort of compensation for my troubles. Manager told me that he gave me the option of either refunding the burrito or coming to pick it up (not mentioned over the phone) and proceeded to walk away texting on his phone. Thankfully DoorDash was gracious enough to offer a refund on the products missing. I have been to this tbell many times and not once has my order been correct. Extremely careless. Highly recommend going to a different establishment (I will not be returning).

I was there on Sunday 12/17/23; nobody greeted us, let alone came to take an order. So I had to order on the self serve kiosk. Breakfast was still going for about 10 more minutes. But the staff waited until breakfast had ended, to switch the menu then tell us that the order (that I already placed and paid for) wouldn't be made. They gave me the option to get something from the regular menu or get a refund. I asked for a refund and it took several tries to get that right.

Awful service. Cold soggy tacos . My last beefy melt burrito Sat around so long the tortilla fused to the wrapper. It was a cold soggy mess. EVERY time I go the mess up or outright omit something.
Absolute TRASH! We had a $36 order and received not even $5 worth of food. One item, a crunchwrap SUPREME was a crunchy taco shell, lightly smeared with cheese and a miniscule amount of beef, wrapped in a tortilla. Two quesadillas where we were hard pressed to locate any chicken. This is a case of price gauging and taking advantage of customers!!!

They were super busy when I arrived to pick up my Doordash order, and even with that they were very friendly. Said they were gonna give me a free drink for being there early to pick up the order which was also very nice. I would be stressed if I worked there from what I saw but they never let the smile leave there

Oct 01,2023. 1:00pmThe restaurant looks dirty, the drink station is sticky and out of napkins. The food quality has seriously gone down at this location. The crunch wrap I received had maybe a tablespoon of meat on it, all on one side and the other side was all sour cream. The cinnamon twist can't even be called cinnamon since there was hardly any cinnamon dust on them. You're better off going down the road to another Taco Bell. You might actually get your money's worth.
