11/12/23, 3:00pm.... Not exactly sure what I did wrong as a customer. If you are the owner of this restaurant please tell me how I can be a better customer. I've been coming here about once a month for a long time now. I came in today to surprise my wife with a few cupcakes. I stood at the register for few minutes while the young lady took someone's order when the just walked in. I continued to stand there and again she kept ignoring me. I politely asked a few times if I could place an order... nothing.... maybe she didn't hear me I thought. I then moved over to the counter where the cold side items are and she looked at me a few times. I finally asked if I could please an order and I know she heard me.... she says oh yea step over here. I'm thinking good, so I commented that I tried to get her attention a few times and her reply is "oh yea, we've been busy". I politely excused myself thinking ok, well I probably should take my business someplace else because you are "too busy". Look I know finding help is hard, and I have seen this young lady every time I've stopped in over the past 2 months. Maybe she's just tired of working - I'm not too sure. Like I said in the beginning, maybe I need to leave a bigger tip on the pop up screen next to the register.... got my own thoughts on that pushy sales tactic right there.

They only have two employees and they work very hard, they might take a minute to get your order but they are very nice.

Not cool when you order a jumbo sub and get the same as the regular sub! The older guy did this 2 times to me. Me and my wife ordered there same sub! Mine was a jumbo! He never makes them! Wife was was like let's count! Guess what! 2 times no jumbo sub they were the same count of meat and cheese! I will make sure I tell him next time! Happens again I'll never be back! And tell anyone. And I'm taking pictures to and will post with the receipt.
I have gotten carry out from here several times. The food is great! There is always only one employee and it's always the same guy. His customer service is some of the best I have ever seen! He is always so friendly! All have to get his name next time so he gets the credit he deserves!Update so ordered carry out. Alex waited on us. My daughter is newly gluten free and they were out of gluten free buns. She was disappointed since this is a struggle to find items she can eat. He was so amazing and accommodated her by suggesting a steak and cheese made into a salad . Every single time I come in here he is just so friendly and positive. You are so lucky to have him as an employee. Well done!!

The two men that I always see working behind the counter are the most cheerful, pleasant and friendly sweet men. Sometimes when I am in a bad mood and I dont know what to eat Ill swing by there just to order a sandwich and feel the warmth and optimism radiate off of these two individuals that work at this particular Tubbys. The subs are always warm, delicious and fantastic and the guys go the extra mile to make sure everything is tasty and perfect. Thanks guys ❤️ I love coming in there❤️ You do a phenomenal job ?? ?? ☺️
