Wouldn’t go back, we stayed at a Whitehall motel on Labor Day. We ordered a pizza from Big Johns and we got a burnt pizza and the wings that weren’t really edible, I called back and complained and the man on the phone said it’s the end of the night and we were really busy because of the holiday! He never filed any paperwork so when I went in to complain they said it was too long after they were closed for a week for a vacation and I don’t live in Whitehall. We went in as a couple and complained again and finally were reimbursed for a pizza pie!!

I had ordered their pizza ,, and was the first time ,, I'd say it was the best pizza I had in a Long time ! I also noticed they have a variety of other meals as well,, I'm Definitely gonna try their Perch dinner sometime ! Fish is my second favorite food besides -- meat lovers pizza ?

It's a great pizza....Only problem I had is I ordered an 16" supreme pizza adding bacon and all I can taste is black olives WAY to many black olives it really killed the pizzaAlong with ordering (cheese sticks with saus)Witch I thought were bread stick with cheeseWere actually deep fried mozzarella sticksSo I called and explained my problem and I was quite surprised to here (o ok sorry about that) no offer to remake the pizza or get me the right bread stick with cheese I was looking forNot the response I expected at all.

Wow! I totally enjoyed my pizza! I loved the thin crust. I don't like thick crust. It seems you lose a lot of the flavor of the toppings. I ordered the Supreme. The spices were great. I tasted fennel which I love. Don't know if it was in the sausage or the sauce? As I ordered the 9" I was disappointed I didn't order a larger pizza. Would have enjoyed some leftovers tomorrow! It was worth the wait!
This is a signature pizza for the area. If you like crispy pizza with a a bit of a tang from the cheese and sauce this will be your jam.

Pizza was ok, customer service lacking, last time I was there they gave me the wrong pizza, this time they gave me the wrong size and then made me wait for a smaller one AND made me pay for that one also. Ended up paying 30.00 for a 22.00 pizza....not happy.

This weekend my boyfriend and I were in this cute town for a small trip (with the dog ?). It was on our bucket list to get pizza from somewhere local, so we got carry out from this place last night, a large deluxe pizza and a garlic cheese bread, it was AMAZING! We woke up saying “that pizza last night was bomb” and even talked about it again on our way home! We might even plan another trip to this area next summer and we are 100% coming back to Big Johns Pizza!
