“As far as big chain restaurants go. Culver's is probably one of the best in my opinion. Their burgers are very tasty and so is the cod dinner. I really like Culver's. Not so crazy about their prices. But it's good food and good service so I pay their price. Lol!“
“This place is amazing. Food prices were very affordable and everything is home made. It is also like stepping back in time to an old soda shop. The owner cooks all the food from scratch and she is super friendly. We went there every day for brunch. My favorite place to eat in Michigan.“
“A family owned ice cream shop that always cures the sweet tooth! Twisters is a great one stop shop for shakes, malts, sundaes, slushees, or just an ice cream cone. They serve Hudsonville hard serve ice cream. They do sell soft serve ice cream as well. One thing that I like about Twisters is that they have a sugar free flavor of the week each week. This is great for customers who need a sugar free option. Twisters also has incredibly delicious walking tacos served with salsa and sour cream! They are the best walking tacos that I have ever had! Twisters accepts cash and credit/debit cards! This is a great addition to the business as many people do not carry cash as often. The ladies who work behind the counter are so kind and always work efficiently to ensure customers receive their order in a timely fashion. I really enjoy walking to Twisters because it is right on the Hart-Montague bike trail. A great stop for your dessert (or walking taco) needs!“
“Yodels offers a delightful frozen yogurt experience with a self-serve setup and an array of over 50 toppings to choose from. While the prices may lean towards the higher end, the quality and variety of options make it worthwhile. Our group of five spent $30, making it a reasonable splurge for a sweet and customizable treat at Yodels.“
“The food is decent but they need back up workers on call for when it gets busy that way it doesn't have to take 45 minutes to order an ice cream not a complaint against the employees. But the owner should consider hiring part time people specifically for busy time“
“Door is locked. They (two employees) watched my Mom hobble up to the door with her cane and they just stood there. We had to go around to the front of the gas station and walk through the convenience store to get into the restaurant. They could put a bell on that door if they can't watch it all the time. The food is good and a great value.Parking: No handicapper parking for restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult and inconvenient handicapper access.“
“Dairy Treat is a local favorite for all things ice cream. They are known for their "monster" shakes, which are very big milkshakes. They have slushees, soft serve, hard serve, sundaes, some concession like food items, dole whip, floats etc. They serve Country Dairy soft serve which is outstanding because not many ice cream shops do! They have picnic tables with umbrellas in front of the ice cream shop and they also have a rooftop seating area with plenty of seating. They have picnic tables and umbrellas up there too. It is a nice spot to enjoy a sweet treat and watch the sunset over Whitehall. They do accept credit/debit cards now. There is free parking but it can get crowded so some people just park in the Wesco parking lot next door because it's easier. A great family owned ice cream shop.“
