Where do I begin. I had stage 3 colorectal cancer in 2011. Prior to having cancer, I could eat anything! After 2 months of chemo, 2 months of radiation, almost 2 weeks in ICU, and 2 years recovering from 3rd degree burns, I quickly realized the way I use to eat was long gone.
