Ordered two pizza today, both with 3 toppings each but the amount of toppings are almost nonexistent. Literally had one pepperoni per slice on an XL pizza. The service otherwise is pretty quick and the employees are nice. I hope they improve on this.

Got our order wrong, when we called, they said they double checked to make sure it wasn't wrong - but it was. We ordered delivery and paid the delivery fee but they told us to drive to the store to bring the wrong pizza back. If we could drive to the store, we wouldn't order delivery. Had to be on hold for more than 10 minutes on the phone.

Was on hold for more than 15 minutes.Not good in my book at all, food might be suspect at that point.Also find it funny that the website's link to reporting a problem mysteriously catches an error when trying to report an issue.I highly doubt the owner would respond given the list of reviews given here unless they're strictly positive.

Turn your lights on! I ordered and my nav was correct. I went to pick up and they have no sign on. I called no answer. I was totally shocked when I walked in and the manager said the lights are costing us money. Well I drove by 3 times thinking it's not there!Just have your light on. The pizza was cold and I rather eat cheese on cardboard after that experience.

I've placed multiple carry out orders here, and I've never had an issue, and they've always made the pizzas to my son's satisfaction.I ordered another carry out today, I showed up early and decided to wait in my car. I became distracted, and one of the employees walked it out to my vehicle.That's great attention/service. ?

Food usually good from few times I have had it. Must of ordered on wrong day ( Sunday ). Food was not fresh at all seemed rushed. Pizza tasted like recycled cardboard but worse . That was not the worse part. Boneless garlic wings worst things I’ve ever had in my life . Tasted like frozen food way worse than that . Barely one bite I threw up . Threw it out . Thanks for nothing . Waste of money disappointed .

I would rate 0 cuz wtf. Came 30 min before closing today and the girl said they were "closed" bc there was only one person working what's going on papa johns ?! But before asked if we had a pickup order???? What??? Horrible, state that u guys close 30 mins to the time bc ur short staffed it says on here and on the website.

The "New York" style pizza was okay, but the crust was too thick and too crunchy to be NY style. It's the same crust other places call thin. The sauce was on the sweet side. The service was unfortunate. The person who checked me out was clearly displeased by the tip I left, as she curled her lip up when she looked at the receipt.

I ordered simple cheese pizza and came to know that pizza was really bad. The dough was very hard and there was no sauce in the pizza. No taste and flavor. I called the store and complain about it but the person answered the call said, I have to bring the pizza back in to store than they will see if they can remake the pizza forNever going back to Papa John’s pizza in Wixom again. Very bad customer service. Awful indeed.

The pizza here is alright. However, my order is rarely correct. Apparently they do not have a warmer on site. Therefore, if you are 5 minutes late picking up, your food is already below room temp. The sauce I ask for has never been included, literally not once. Over the phone or online I ask for one flavor, and I am given the least appealing flavor they have. I can only assume to get rid of their least popular dipping sauce. Plus, the customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. I will just go somewhere else.
