Food and service have gone downhill. We’ve been going here for years but it isn’t what it used to be. The ‘free’ chips are cold, saltless and stale. They come with a teensy dish of salsa, which tastes fine. No free refills on either chips or salsa. Tried to order a cider but was told it is ‘seasonal’, even though it’s printed on their menu. The chicken nachos we used to love have very little cheese, aren’t very warm, and the chicken has a weird taste, almost like it’s canned chicken. The wet burrito my son ordered was just ok. The waitress didn’t refill empty water or soda glasses or bring plates for the shared nachos until asked and wasn’t friendly until the end when it was ‘tip time’. The decor is cute but the music is obnoxious and way too loud. Disappointing!

Super Bowl carryout. The guy who took my order was not very helpful and quite rude. He seemed very busy but that is not an excuse! I needed to. Change my order a few minutes after I placed it. The guy that I dealt with was rude. While I was on the phone he yells, hold on the order, she’s changing it. Then said to me….they are cooking your food now. I hope this didn’t just screw up other orders. When my husband got there they were still cooking it. He had to wait about 15 minutes.
Food was very bland. Staff was NOT friendly. Not rude or unprofessional, just not friendly or welcoming. Again, the food was bland. No flavor at all. My entire party agreed the food was bad. On a positive note, the place looked clean.

Food and setting were great. The hostess needed to get our waiter because we sat at the table for 15 minutes and our waitress was yet to be seen. When the waitress did come she was extremely unpleasant borderline rude. Once the food finally came, she never checked up on us and it took a very long time to get the check and pay for it. Service there was pretty terrible on this occasion. Which is too bad because the food is very good!

Our server was kind and attentive, though inexperienced & seemingly nervous. The food was disgusting!! I didn’t expect it to be authentic and it wasn’t. There was only one option on the menu without meat: vegetarian enchiladas. Typically vegetarian Mexican dishes have peppers, onions, mushrooms & zucchini. Not this one. They literally used a frozen bags of mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots.) It was disgusting! Such a missed opportunity for options as so many vegetarian options can be made with beans & rice. The tiny bowl of chips & salsa weren’t even good. Won’t be back.Vegetarian options: Only one option: vegetarian enchiladas. It was a weird dish with frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots. Lacked flavor & effort.
