Just stopped in right before close because I'm sorry, but I HAD to have some Qdoba in my life right now. The gentleman at the counter (who's glasses look perfect on him) served us with a smile and didn't make me feel bad about stopping by so late at all. We laughed a couple of times and had a great interaction. I haven't even tried the food yet, but the service will bring me back!

This place needs management and a maintenance budget. I love this chains food, but this place was destroyed when I visited trash over flowing, drink machine dirty, and tables not wiped down. A prime location like this should be making a bank, but if it looks like this, I doubt you'll have return customers.

By far the worst experience ever. Had “no queso”, got home that’s less than a mile away and my 2 burritos were COLD. had one chicken and one steak but the steak was PORK, both burritos were spicy when we ordered nothing on it with spicy stuff.

Been hit or miss when it comes to being able to get your food here. Hours waiting for an order that was made on the app. Still wasn't ready. Still waiting for the refund for the order too. But, on the good times. My food is always great.

I placed an order online that was suppose to be ready for pickup at 12:30. I arrived on time and it wasn’t ready. Not a problem. There are only 2 people working in the store so I understand that they can only do so much. I didn’t receive my food until 1:13. My issue is people who came in the store to order, after me, all received their food before me. There were so many of us waiting for online pickup. I don’t think it’s fair that we had to wait longer when we ordered before the people in the store. I would have did better off coming inside and ordering! Again, I understand they need more people but there should be some order between the people in the store ordering and online. I was literally sitting at a table for over 30 minutes. That’s my entire lunch. I don’t think it’s acceptable. Very disappointed.

Terrible! I was shopping in the area near by and decided to get a bite to eat, I wanted to get a tortilla soup with the shell bowl but they didn’t want to make me one. I ended up getting a regular bowl so when serving mine and my family’s food the server was being so stingy giving half size portions of everything and not to mention no one took our order when we got there. We waited for so long while the employees were just looking

The manager there that has a nice beard and curly hair is the most attractive man I’ve ever seen in my life, Qdoba really knows how to pick them!!! Keep hiring attractive men at qdoba woodhaven. I get a delicious impossible bowl and a piece of eye candy on the side ;)Wheelchair accessibility: That was pretty cool

Today was my 1st time at this location and I must say I was very pleased with ""Kylie"" helping me with my order and just overall being very nice with a big smile, she was extremely sweet and I complimented her on how great her customer service was. There's nothing like great customer service now & days especially being greeted with smiles

I usually come here for my lunch break if I get one. Because I love the flavor is and everything but today when I went up there , I get to work take my first bite and bite into something hard. Sorry for the grossness in the picture, but I literally spit it out and dig out these two little rocks. This was the one and only time I decided not to get a receipt. They offered me to refund me or remake the food which I totally appreciate but as I just talked with my manager, I can't get off any earlier because this is my break so I won't even make it up there to get a refund or to get the food re made. I don't even wanna eat no more of it because I don't know if there's more in there This was just off of one bite

June 30th around 9pm I walked into qdoba an hour before they closed and the man who helped me didn't have the look on his face that alot of fast food workers have when closing and a customer comes (I know because I work fast food) and we made small talk and the food was really good. Thank you Steven for doing a good job and being a nice person.
