“My sister and I had a 5pm reservation but the people at our table were taking quite a while to leave. The Manager and Madison our waitress were so very kind. They had us sit at the juice bar and enjoy a free drink and appetizer while we waited. Madison took great care of us and our cook was really good. The food was so delicious. It was my birthday and I truly enjoyed the whole experience. We'll be back and definitely recommend our friends and family try this great new restaurant.“

“WOW!! Absolutely delicious. You want REAL sushi you have to come here. We found this place and we were in shock that we didn’t find earlier. Idk what else I could say besides that we have been to all sushi places around here & NOTHING compares. The owner was amazing and the food was amazing. They are opening another restaurant she told us.We ordered Aries, Fancy volcano, Spider roll,Orange chicken & fried rice, California roll, Tigers roll, Holy crab. Our favorite was Aries and Orange chicken & fried rice. But honestly they really all were so good. They also stayed open past closing time until we finished eating and we had no idea. “The food was amazing! So fresh & tasty! And, in the beautiful little town of Amherstburg across from the park. The owner is so sweet. She's known my husband since he used to work at a bank in town, and remembered him years later, and was so happy to see him. I want to go back asap! We had a Korean bbq bento box, spider roll, California rolls, and soft shell crab appetizer. Also my husband got to try a complimentary seaweed salad. Did I say the food was amazing? I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Definitely a gem of a restaurant!“

“Doordashed from here on a wim because I’m sick and needed something brothy. I’m very pleased with the food!! I got spicy ramen and it was delicious and cleared my sinuses. I also was feeling nauseous and hungry at the same time and the food was gentle enough to agree with my stomach but also enough to fill me up. The prices aren’t bad at all for the portion. My only real complaint is the meat was very dry. A thicker cut would probably work better even if it isn’t as aesthetically pleasing. Definitely will be ordering again. I think it’s really interesting that it’s conjoined with Hook and Reel and I’m curious how that came to be. I would love to see this place stay afloat and eventually have their own location outside of Hook and Reel. Thank you for the comfort food! ❤️“

“Parking: Location is in a mini strip, on busier days and times, the parking lot is quite full. However, on average, it is not difficult to find parking. Plus, if you don't mind walking, you can park on the side street next to the restaurant.“

When we were there we were told we couldn’t order fresh sushi and had to get it from the conveyor belt, though this wasn’t a problem, the sushi on the belt was plentiful and of a decent variety. You could get hot food to order still however. Sushi was tasty and reasonably priced compared to most Jersey prices, in line with what you’d expect on mainland UK. However hot food was a bit on the pricy side and not amazing. Staff were helpful and attentive.“
