My aunt went in and ordered a caesar salad with spicy chicken and she said what kind. She also ordered two other regular (build year own) salads (she rang up garden spinach, she was obviously not listening) and we got two bowls of nothing but spinach. I’ve been going there since they opened Woodhaven location. Craig the owner is a fantastic person. The staff was rude slammed the bowl down. I called and told the girl on the phone the issue she said have a good day and hung up before I was done. I was shocked after all these years. My aunts said they won’t be back.

Love the food, service seriously needs help. Maybe a lesson on patience and being courteous. Approached the counter trying to view the menu to which I was immediately asked "Do you know what you want?" Such a sense of trying to get me out of the way, and there were no other customers! A friendly hello, have you been here before? etc would be nice.

Stopped in for lunch and got the Seaside Salad. It was delicious. The ladies working behind the counter were very friendly and professional. Very easy walk up ordering with about 30 seats if you plan to dine in. Very clean and welcoming restaurant. If I lived in the area I would frequent this restaurant often.

Me and my wife decided to try this place out ordered two salads were so excited to try it. We added extra chicken extra veggies and when we received our salads we got two big bowls of lettuce. We couldn’t even tell who's was who’s but I guess it didn’t matter beacuse they were both just two big bowls of lettuce. Total ended up being 50 dollars, worst salad I have ever had. Your better off going to get a Coney Island side salad.

It was my first experience at this “BIG SALAD”. The food looked freshed no doubt and since it was my first time there I didn’t really know how to order. The lady taking my order was very rude, I wanted a Mediterranean salad turned into a wrap but she I can’t do that. So I then I ordered a soup and salad. I realized she wasn’t getting my soup so I had a soup too and she so what kind I said broccoli cheddar and she said what size I what ever size comes in a pick 2 is fine. That’s when she got mad and started to throw away my lettuce into the garbage and then rudely put my soup into a cup. I didn’t say anything I just paid and walked out. As I was walking out I could hear her tell her co-worker about the soup and was making a big a deal the soup. I ignored and walked out. I wanted to leave this review for a reason. I don’t what her problem was but the main thing was already had an attitude before I placed my order. Customer service was not good at all. I would go back but if I do see her I would not place my order with her next time.

My coworker treated us to lunch while eating the salad I discovered some hair. I called the restaurant was told our manager is in an interview he’ll call you back. The staff hung up in my face I politely called back again. To express how I was not satisfied at all. I would not order here!!!!! Be aware people ! The big salad will have you eating hair particles

I usually get the Miso sesame salad, but I can't stand the oranges in it. Sometimes they chop it like we ask, but 1 time they gave me so many mandarin oranges that I gagged and could not eat it. I was excited at first to find a place to get a salad, but have found them Way over priced and lacking now. I never know if I will get the salad the way I like it.....Do the workers even care or listen?
