Went to hand the manager money and he told me no problem, It's on us, but if you could pull ahead so we can finish your order, it would be appreciated. I thought WOW, did that just happen ?. Their employees are total opposites of McDonalds employees ?

Only 2 guys there tonight. Everything was fresh and hot. You guys rock, I almost stopped ordering there because of the 68th Street location by my house. Keep up the awesome work guys. Store says it closes at midnight and allowed me to place an order and took my moneyy!! After working from 9am-11pm only to get there and they are closed almost a whole hour before it says that they closed now I have to wait business days to receive a refund?? And find somewhere else to eat ?!! imagine if that was the last of my money too I would be starving for tonight because the mobile orders didn’t get shut off along with the store ??employees are in such a rush to leave EARLY ! One of the worst bks in the state of Michigan on 44th Street. Last time they couldn't even open lobby.... Next time there menus weren't even working to decided what I would like to eat..... They really just need to close this bk..... Staff is intolerable food was disgusting. Tasted like old dried out grease. Ordered a jr burrito two bites then put in trash. They got mtn dew bottles just sitting in grill / cook area.... Very unsanitary

They are always friendly here. They are wonderful about putting my whopper on a plate with extra lettuce and tomato because I don’t eat buns.

This is an awesome location. I am never disappointed when I come here. The ladies who run the place in the early morning are great and are always pleasant to deal with. Food is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure they're customers are always happy.

Workers are always pleasant when I come in the morning and never a long wait time. Food is always fresh and tastes great.
Every one that works here always have piss poor attitudes. Food is always reheated (you can tell by the burntness and taste.) They also claim to never have the deals even through they’re right there on their menu. I’d recommend taking the extra 6 min drive to the other Burger King.??♀️
