Are driver Stephanie from Domino's on Clyde Park and 36th St was amazing. They gave her the wrong order for us. When I told her she was very polite told me she would bring back the correct item. She called me to let me know they were making it fresh and she brought it back very promptly. Even let me know herself she was on her way back. She deserves 5 stars. So if you read this thank you Stephanie for going above and beyond.

I order from this location atleast three times a week. But I made a mobile order two weeks ago I ordered a large thin crust with Alfredo and 2 orders of boneless jalapeño pineapple chicken. Me and my girlfriend both got sick and through up I reported this to customer service in the app hoping to find out the reason so no one else would get sick. I received a message from customer service saying a manager would contact me but they never did. So I call the location two times to still receive no results on concerns. The first time I called I wait 30 minutes on the phone and the manager never came. I then called back to let a staff member know and ask her to check the Alfredo to make sure others wouldn’t get sick. She then told me the manager was too busy to check this or answer my phone call. I then left my number and was promised to get call back after rush hours. I then waited two days no call back. So I called early in the morning I got the store manager on the phone and reported this to her she also said she was too busy opening the store and could not check this. She in order to response to my concern she would have to investigate. She also said she would call me back and I never received a call no manager or staff member ever showed any concern about what got a sick to prevent any other customers from getting sick. Because of this behavior I have decided it’s not safe to eat here anymore and have been ordering from Marcos Pizza on Health Drive please be careful this pizza place is not a safe place to eat the managers are careless and too busy to concern their selves with food safety try Marcos the food is better anyway.

Ordered pizza to be delivered. After 2 hours without a pizza, I called the store. The manager told me that my order was next to go into the oven. She said that they were short staffed and behind with all orders. I said cancel the delivery, and I would pick up my order myself. Told her it better be ready and hot when I get there. Within 7 minutes, I was at the restaurant front counter. Order was waiting in the warmer oven. She gave me my delivery fee back in cash. They still gave a driver the tip that I gave when I paid online. I should have gotten my tip back since I had to pick up my own pizza!! She never apologized, nothing!!Never order from the 36th/Clyde park store. The manager is horrible. Customer service - there is none!!!If you know that you can't fulfill delivery orders, then don't take delivery orders. Be honest!
Absolutely love this location! I did a mobile order today.TOTALLY my fault but there was an issue with the delivery- I called the store and Lettie (hope I’m spelling it right) and the delivery driver (wish I knew his name) made it right immediately. Again it was 100% my fault and they hooked it up.Been ordering for years from here and have NEVER been disappointed. ??

Online order at 624pm tracker was not working got a text at 810pm saying my driver is in my neighborhood finally got my order and driver didn't have any change so I drove to cash station for change got back home to a cold dinner. Thanks for the speedy delivery!

I order from this location frequently but lately the service has been horrible. The last time I ordered online and was given an ETA of 20-30 min for delivery. After an hour I called and they told me I should have it in half an hour. 45 min pass and the tracker switched to order complete. There was no pizza delivered. I went up to the store (because they wouldn't answer the phone) and wanted my money back and they told me I had to wait for the driver to return. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for pizza I did not get and to get my money back. There were also multiple customers in the store that wanted refunds too. Will never order from this location again. I will stick to Villa Mia on 36th st.
