Although the girl on window had good costumer service there food is not very good this dunking is not it for me so far they need to work better on their food preparation so if you like a good dunking donuts food i suggest another location sorry

Went to this location this morning, not only did they forget my sandwich, I was also given a lid that was clearly used and covered in hair and sweatshirt fuzz (we are not wearing pink, this is not our clothing lint) My drink was a matcha, and it had coffee stains inside, which about made me throw up when i saw it.This is absolutely a food code violation. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I like Dunkin’ but every time I order from this location they screw something up, they’ve given me the wrong coffee and gotten very aggressive when I asked them to simply add mocha, today I ordered loaded taters and they just gave my 6 regular taters even tho I paid for more I also paid an upcharge for a sausage egg and cheese with a plain bagel and still got a croissant, if you try to ask them to fix these things they get very argumentative

This location is the worst, only thing worse than the food is the service you get. I wouldn’t waste your money at this location, I wasted mine on bad food and bad service. In the end, no resolution because this location is more worried about money than the customer service.

It’s always hit and miss when i come here. sometimes they actually get my order right and it only takes 5 minutes, but most of the time my order is completely wrong and takes close to 15 minutes just to get a coffee. I order a vanilla late almost every time and they almost always get it wrong. I’m allergic to pumpkin and told them that and this morning i was given some pumpkin drink instead of what i ordered, thank god i didn’t have more of a reaction than i did, i love dunkin but this location has some serious problems.

Now make it make sense how I was asked to pull around to wait for my hash browns for them to be literally cold when I took my first bite….DISGUSTING. Never again will I go back because the math ain’t mathing and whoever took them out is very lacking in the senses department.

Went in there today because I had a free drink 9-22-23 and I'm not happy I get half way home I go to take a sip of my drink I didn't even touch it and the cap falls off and it spilled all over my car a huge mess I ordered a frozen hot chocolate ? a huge mess next time I will make sure the lid is on tight which is your job not mine!
