I normally don’t take the time to write online reviews, but this place deserves it. Not only has the food here been delicious every time, but if there has ever been any issues, management has made it right. Special shout out to Lindsey for running a truly professional and classy establishment.

Ordered a 16, turkey and bacon. didn't get bacon. guy walking in at the same time as me, he was smoking a cigarette. he took my order, never saw him wash his hands. he wrapped my sub. i will not be going back

Ordered tuna with several toppings my son got home and it was a plain tuna with cheese. He went back and I had ordered spinach got lettuce, no oil and vinegar on it and the new one didn't even have tuna on it! My son gave the worker a list beforehand. I'm very disappointed. This was the Wyoming store on 28th st sw. Never will go back again!

At one point this place had good service. But I had to change my 5 star review to only one because they constantly mess up simple orders every single time I order. A year ago they were good but now they are horrible. Incompetent employees were hired since last year i guess.
I’ve ordered from here about a dozen times in the last year and never once have I gotten my food in under 40 minutes, sometimes an hour. For reference, I live less than a 5 minute drive from the business. No idea the actual reason, but freaky fast isn’t part of this particular locations objectives. I can get a full meal from a restaurant delivered in less time that is further away

I love this place, I have always left 15% tip when ordering online. I ordered two drinks today and thought being it was to go that they would be ready. I found out they are not filled. Overall still live Jimmy John's.

Why, why is it so hard to include a straw when getting delivery. We're charged $3.50 for delivery and you ask us to tip. But dn near every order I get doesn't include a straw for my drink.

I don't know who is making the sandwiches on weekday lunches but I've been ordering fairly regularly for the last 6 months or so and my sandwich is ALWAYS perfect. I say this because I always order it as extra sauce and whoever is making my sandwich clearly understands the extra sauce mission EXACTLY. So to that person or persons who get my extra sauce need- THANK YOU! ??????
