Congratulations! This is the first review I’ve ever written! ?My family left reviews recently this afternoon pertaining to our choice to partake in a meal from this KFC as a family. A long wait, half an order missing, and some lukewarm food later we began our feast.Those of us who unknowingly and happily ate the Mac and Cheese noticed something to be off about the flavor (and I quote my four year old niece “this taste bad”). For those of who ate this side dish, (my niece, sister-in-law, brothers, parents and myself) we began exhibiting symptoms of what seemed to be food poisoning. Within 30 mins we were all fighting for our lives for the nearest bathroom.If you’d like a meal that allows you quality time with your toilet or perhaps contemplating your life choices on the bathroom floor, I recommend this KFC. If you’d like your insides to stay where they belong- maybe look elsewhere.

Went here last night to get dinner for our entire family.We ended up having to wait 20 minutes for one part of our order to finish. Due to this, the rest of our food ended up being lukewarm. We also had the Mac And Cheese and everyone that had it (Sister, Wife, Brother, and Daughter) all had some type of food poisoning symptoms shortly after (throwing up or coming out the other end).If you are wanting a new weight loss program this KFC may be the place to visit.

The family thought that having KFC was going to be an enjoyable experience. Went to pick it up, waited there for about 20 minutes to get everything and they are not busy.Got home, half the food was cold and we were missing quite a few items from our order. Decided to eat anyways since it took so long to get the food in the first place and it wasn't worth driving back.Some of the family had noted that the Mac n Cheese tasted "off". Some of us tried a bite, others ate more, some decided to take a pass on it. That's when it all began.I ended up throwing up 20 minutes after eating. My nieces were puking all night. And my sister, and sister in law were evacuating everything from their insides all night.Heed the advice of others giving low reviews at this place. It's not worth it. For your stomach, or your toilet.Won't be eating here ever again.

This use to be a really good location, what happened? Management change? I don't know but I won't be going back. Chicken was like it was soaked in grease and then just thrown in the bucket, all the breading was falling off, everything was gross. So sad smh

Have done mobile pickup here twice now and both times we're waiting at the counter for 10 minutes just for someone to see what we're there for and both times they didn't realize there was a mobile order submitted. One was for ASAP and this one was submitted for an hour after being placed.Might be a good idea to implement some training, have an audible indicator that an order has been placed, or have an employee tasked with monitoring mobile orders if these aren't already underway. The first visit they didn't seem super busy, the second incident the store was dead.
Worst KFC I've ever had twice in a row. Atleast they are consistently bad at this location.

Wife just went through the drive through and got home, not only did they forget half the food all of it was ice cold. The cheese was still ice cold so I know it didn’t just get cold on the drive it wasn’t even the slightest bit melted. Also the food didn’t even remotely look like the picture. I understand it doesn’t but it was terrible. I got two wraps and the Mac and cheese one had three pieces of mac and cheese… pathetic.
