The staff were very kind and patient with our questions about a coupon on the app and if it would work with what we wanted to order.The only thing I found unacceptable, was how messy the store was. The tables were all dirty, and the bathroom needed to be cleaned either better or more frequently.

i have gotten water here several times before with no issues. but this time when i went the person at the speaker was nice as usual and told me to pull up to the second window to get the waters and when i did a different worker very rudely was like “no we don’t do that here” and a few other rude comments and told us we had to come inside for that. if that is a new policy or something i would completely understood and would have even just went inside to get the waters but it’s just the fact that the lady was EXTREMELY rude right off the bat with such a mean attitude when all we wanted was waters.
