I have only gotten fries that were old a couple times. This is the best McDonald's around and I will go out of my way to eat here

I have worked in customer service for several years and it has declined immensely. Went through the drive-through, the person sounded like they just woke up and they had no desire to be at work, that reflects the company big-time and your employees need to know that. I realize some people may be dealing with issues and can’t come to work with a smile on their face every day, I get it however, if you hold a position like that at least try to put a smile in your voice. If you are serving food to someone, a simple greeting, such as good morning goes, along way. The food was fine. Service was horrible with the exception of one young man who was very kind, other two need to work on their customer service skills.

We just got 2 McChicken sandwiches, buy one, and get one for $1. We got them exactly the way we asked for them, and the service was good.

The folks were nice, but they forgot the cheese on my sausage CHEESE biscuit. Dry as hell.
I called up to see if they had shamrock shakes so i didn't waste my time driving there . The man said yes we have them. i said awesome. 5 min later in the drive-thru and no we don't have them. Our machine is broken. Nothing makes me more angry than wasting my time. They're lying just don't want to make them or the guy on the phone has no clue. Or in that 5 min it broke down. Don't believe it . We only get to go to McDonald's very few times so its a huge thing for the kids . Why is the icecream machine always broken? Probability is its just fine but she didn't know i just called and didn't wanna make them . I'll keep to buying icecream forget McDonald's!!

Woman took order wrong then hands me the credit card machine out the window instead of taking my card. I ordered 4 burgers and got one. Not suprised as I got to the window she's already taking the next order while talking on her cellphone.
