The front counter young lady was so lazy. Nobody talked to us. Customer service is
Order #1283 was a replacement order for the original order that tasted as if it was prepared for the lunch rush.The replacement order was no better than the original. The customer service was very nice but I would’ve much more appreciated HOT food. I was sneaking away from my job just for a snack only to be disappointed. Hopefully this can be rectified.

Lobby was closed, fries were cold and nasty, so we had to go back through the drive-thru. The teen working the window/handing out food wasn't in uniform or friendly/competent. Our burgers were sloppily made. Overall thus visit was a disgrace to the golden arches.Kid-friendliness: It's fast food centered around a clown mascot.
