I haven't been here for several years but went in today for the lunch buffet and was disappointed. Only one person working the front of the house, waiting tables, seating guests, refilling the buffet, and taking guest payments. She was doing her best but couldn't keep up with everything. Never saw anyone from the kitchen or management trying to help. I won't be going back anytime soon!

Overcharged.. my order mysteriously switched from delivery to carry out… they don’t ever have ranch but still paid for it… waited an extra 20 mins because they “forgot my order”Half the pizza has no cheese or toppingsLol never again. This place went Downhill Fast.

Went there for the lunch buffet. Didn't have many pizzas or bread sticks out. Took about a half hour for them to start trickling out. Pizza is good. Service was good. Atmosphere is not too good. It's old and ran down. Felt dirty inside.
First time going to this location. I went for my Nephews birthday party , we had an amazing server she was very fast & patient. We had 3 huge orders & she made sure she double checked everything so it would be perfect !! We need more servers like Z I believe her name was. I see her doing big things at a steakhouse or fine dining she’s awesome ! Definitely a keeper

It was freezing inside. We went for a BOGO free deal. Our server was not attentive at all. They put our pizza in to go boxes first before realizing it was for dine in.. I had to ask twice for the bill. Then after waiting well over 10 minutes for her to cash me out, i went to the cashier stand to pay l, then returned to my seat to fill out the receipt, as i was paying by credit card...she proceeded to follow me back to my seat to watch me fill it out.

We came for the lunch buffet with our family. 6 adults and 9 children. There were 6 other customers. The buffet was one pizza at a time with a long wait in between. The waitress brought drinks out 2 at a time and after everyone finally got their drinks, we never saw her again. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, worse than port-a-potty's at a sold out concert. I won't even go into the struggle the gal at the cash register seemed to have with ringing up the sale.
