After many years ordering from them I will never again. The crust was like someone microwaved it. I ordered and paid for extra sauce & garlic butter crust, don't think I got either. Couldn't eat & my husband can eat the tiles off the floor but won't eat that pizza. To fix the problem they offered half off on my next pizza.

If this place closed down I'll off myself. No where else can I receive the hospitality the staff at Roberto's give, from learning your name to being invested in your personal life. Everytime I buy my food it's always fresh made with great ingredients made in a reasonable time and tastes phenomenal! The atmosphere always feels like I'm stepping into a close friends apartment and it's always a good time. Will continue to spend my hard earned money as long as this place is open, screw everywhere else Roberto's Pizza will always be number one in all of Michigan!

Pretty disappointed when I order pizza subs and have to repeat the order several times. Finally when the lady gets it right, jokes about how she came to work High one night & could barley do her job (which I didn’t find funny) and then talked about how sorry she is she took so long to get the order right bc she’s been at work since 10 am, which I emphasized with bc I’ve been there… then when I get my order just over an hour later the subs are still made incorrectly and now they are closed… so no I didn’t get to eat and neither did my son bc hot Mayo taste sour and we just can’t do it! Thanks for taking out $45 and delivering food we didn’t eat!

. I deal with small local businesses and their delivery people. So they are my local pizza joint . I am old fashion in that I love being able to give cash tip to delivery person that actually works for the pizza place . You know keep the money in the “ work family “ type of thing. No delivery apps for me. I don’t order often but the reason I order from them is never had a incorrect order and they’re very generous on pizza toppings. My order always arrives hot and within the promised delivery time. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating.
