Overall a decent pizza. Either they got the order wrong or their meatballs are the same as Italian sausage, not a fan. The mushrooms were obviously canned and not fresh, not a fan. Quite disappointing with how the pizza is more expensive here than competitors. They should be using higher quality ingredients. It's like paying for 5 guys but getting McDonald's instead. If it's close and you're hungry it'll get you by, nothing to brag about here.Edit: Your response reflects the lack of professionalism of this establishment. I'll go ahead and adjust the 3 star review.

Pizza was really good, if you like sauce that is overly sweet. Didn't skimp on the toppings. Fried mushrooms were what you would expect. Antipasto salad was inedible. Lettuce was brownish green and ham rollups were discolored. Same with the pepperoni. Threw it in the trash. Would avoid that menu option again.

We always have great pizza here and the staff is very nice. We have ordered pizza and food here for delivery for years. The cannolis are authentic. S delicious.

I love this place! Delicious QUALITY food. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Cute little shop that has items ready to grab and go, too. Always a win!

This is REAL pizza. It's so good my husband couldn't wait until we drove home (5 minutes?) to dig in. While it's a bit pricey, I understand they're not a corporate company with the foundation and backing necessary to cut prices, and that's okay because it's delicious and unique to the love and passion that is Russo's. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying new options. They have an awesome bake at home deal we'll try next time that I think is unbeatable. The only slightly negative thing that may want to be explored is the pepperoni used is a little lacking. It might be worth sourcing the pepperoni used elsewhere. I don't care for pepperoni to begin with, but it was my husband's input outside of "We gotta go again".Definitely give Russo's a try.

I've been telling my coworkers about Russo's for some time. Today we were having our ISO9001 audit and we needed to provide a meal. I called up and ordered a 16 inch pepperoni&mushroom/onions&blackolives. I was told it would be ready at 5:30 so I went a little early. It was ready before 5:30 and the people at the counter were super friendly. Bottom line: the auditor said it was the best pizza he could remember having, all three co-workers said it was super good, and one of my coworkers has been reformed to like black olives. I threw in a manicotti for my wife who chowed with gusto! Mike makes a very robust tomato sauce. Def going to order again!
