Absolutely horrible manager here. I ordered 3 chicken fingers for my girls and what I got was 1 whole one and 2 half pieces. I took my order up to the manager and she said that's how they come. I asked for 2 more whole pieces like the 1 I got and she refused to make me 2 normal size tenders. She was extremely rude and didn't care that I was unhappy. So my girls shared the 1 whole tender and 2 tiny half pieces. Never coming here again

It's an ok place made worse by some of the employees. Like the one that dumped half a drink on me and laughed.
If your not happy to serve customers during busy hours just refuse orders. I was advised theres a 15 20 min wait for drive theough said i was ok w waitingWhoever is working the drive through tonight is extremely rud , condescending and my order is wrong smh

Ordered a Frisco melt and cheese fries at the kiosk (no waiters, no one manning the counters anymore). Got my food (order up style, you go get it) and the cheese and fries were cold and stale. The Frisco melt was almost burned, more toast than the buttery bread it's supposed to be. And the kiosk had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. No wonder the parking lot is empty. No wonder most of your locations have closed. You need to just call it and close all your locations if this is the best you can do.

I loved this place I don't give any stars to automation. I enjoy going to a restaurant and being served by people. Ordering from a kiosk and getting my own drinks cleaning my table is not acceptable in the restaurant business. If I had known all of this I may of reconsidered our generous tip. The restaurant still has an Nostalgia of old Steak and Shakes but everything it gained with this it lost with this cash free loser Society being pushed on the American people.

The food was ok. Covid took its toll on this company also. Everything is ordered through the kiosk. No more servers. One thing cooks need to realize is, just because you have gloves on it still doesn't make it ok to touch your headset, pants and other things and then touch the customers food with the same pair of gloves on. If you touch something other than food, please change your gloves.
