You can't fix stupid, but at least you don't have to hire them. Between two of them, they couldn't figure out how to make 3 sandwiches or cut somewhere near the middle without direction from my husband. He asked for tomatoes on a footlong. The guy who'd been working there "for 6 months" just put them on the ends and completely missed the middle. He cut it in 3/4 and 1/4. He couldn't toast them. They don't know how to put on mayo. Then they gave attitude. Both employees who were there 4/9 around 7 PM need to be fired. Oh, and all of us were sick after eating our sandwiches.

I just walked in 5 minutes before you closed and Allyson didn’t think twice about taking an order. She made it efficient, and delicious.I was very disappointed as I was paying with a credit card that I could not leave a tip. It is embarrassing and a little shameful on the owners’ part to not make it easy for us to give a $10 tip to someone who is working late and doing things the right way.Thank you Allyson.
Customer service is just horrible. I'm not saying this because of one bad time, more like years of the same thing every week. It's close to work so I keep trying. Employees are usually off doing god knows what for 5 min leaving you to wait. Just bad experience atleast 2 times a week. The gas station side is good, the subway side is a dumpster fire
I don't know how this business is still running. The people working there are pretty normal, but the food is the issue. The mayo, first of all, is literally too much to the point that the buns are soggy. Sometimes you don't get what you pay for, like a 12-inch sandwich, but instead you'll get a 9-inch sandwich. This is so ridiculous. (Also, every single subway is always green and yellow; nothing special.)

The staff makes the experience. Unfortunately staff from 7/6, don't follow subway app promotions and was rude. Hispanic/Asian, Older Black Lady, and Younger Light Skin. The younger lady was pleasant. It's like Jimmy Johns will be getting my money. I used to love subway. Can't even buy bread. Smh. Just not the same, since Jared. Taste is off, options, rewards, and more. Least favorite app, especially for food. If it works. Just a unpleasant experience, I won't wait another 4 years to give Subway another chance. I'm done. Best of luck with your staff and loosing chain.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. I've put 2 orders through online in the last week and a half, BOTH times I am missing things from my order. 1st time was my 2 sides, and the most recent time, today (8/27/22), I am missing a WHOLE sub, chips, and cookie. What the hell is going on at this location???How incompetent are your employees? It's pathetic. Location needs to get a grip.
