If you want to get a sandwich from here don’t expect any meat on it. They are really skimpy on their portions.

I live right behind this location and this was the second time I went in this last year and had to deal with unfriendly management when you smile and say hello to someone and they don't even acknowledge you back is really lousy I've have had better customer service from teenagers then Rebecca the manager at this location today will go to Jimmy John's next time.

How am I supposed to decide what kind of bread to pick when they don't even have a tray of sample loaves to see by? That's the only thing I don't like about this location...

The food is the same as any other subway but we did an online order and absolutely will never do that again, I guess you need to watch them make the sandwich for it to be halfway decent. On the fist sub they put things on it that we did not add and the second it looked like it got dropped on the floor. All the meat was in on second and the veggies on the other on both sandwich's

I've come in here several times over the last few months. Andrew and Rebecca need to work something out or find a different career path. Consistent arguing, yelling at each other, condescending, and disrespectful. You are making sandwiches, not building fine furniture. Andrew, if it were my daughter you were speaking to like that, I'd take you out in the parking lot and rearrange your teeth.

Please note that this is NOT a review on the person who was working the counter. It's on the person who wasn't. I had placed an order online, and when I walked in to pick it up, there was a line. I started to look around to see if there was a place to pick up online orders, but before I got to look around, the man behind the counter announced that he was the only one there and that if we had online orders it was going to be a while. I understood, and patiently waited in line. A couple of times the man called out loudly, presumably to someone in the back, that he needed back up, and no one answered. He was clearly, and understandably, flustered, but still gave each customer his undivided attention. When I got to the front of the line, I told him he was doing great and if he needed a second to catch his breath or whatever, I could wait. He declined, and I told him that I had placed an order online but knew he hadn't had a chance to do it, so I hoped me waiting in line gave him a chance to catch up. He then pointed to a shelf along the back wall that was for online order pick up, and sure enough, my order was there before I ever walked in. I was frustrated that I'd waited in line when I didn't need to (only because he specifically said when I walked in that online orders were going to be a bit yet), but I don't blame the man at the counter. Someone was clearly in the back and refused to come to his aid which caused him undue frustration during the lunch rush. He was short with me, and I didn't like that, but I know it wasn't his fault. According to one of my co-workers it's like that every day, so it's not a matter of someone not showing up today. The manager should be up front helping during the rushes if he/she can't find more help. (which I know is a regular problem) I also think there should be a way to turn off online ordering if the shop is short-staffed so that the worker can focus on the person in front of him. There's another Subway about a mile down the road, and if this shop can't properly staff during the rushes, there's no need to wait in long lines when there's another one that is fully staffed.

The only worker in the buildings name was Andrew, I came into the subway with a nice attitude and was trying to read off ingredients from my phone but he was getting very irritated with how long my response took. Then he proceeded to get more irritated huffing his chest and rolling his eyes anytime I said an ingredient to add to the sub. I then proceeded to make my second sub and he was still doing the same thing. I was told that I was reading it a bit delayed so I told him the ingredients a bit faster and he started forgetting toppings. He then asked if I needed anything else and I responded yes a cheese pizza and he make the biggest sigh and said "of course there's is always something else". He then proceeded talking about hoping the toaster explodes in his face and how he wanted to leave and how he could sue the customers and the company. He not only had an attitude but showed no kind of respect or patience and shows poor work ethic

I ordered an Ultimate BMT for the outrageous pric of $17.58 to have it delivered. My sandwich was made with only pepperoni and salami and the very minimal amount of cheese. When I called the store about it, I was told there was nothing they could do and to call doordash. No info on how to do this whatsoever. The store is the one who made my sandwich poorly and should fix it! Very unsatisfied. Will never do this again!!

Came in to order dinner with my husband and the new guy was a little behind, 2 other workers came in to help him out but they were not in uniform and the one named Andrew just jumped in and started our order. My husband noticed that Andrew did not wash his hands when he came in and just threw gloves on. The female that was with him also didn't have her hair pulled back and no uniform. (don't know what her name was but she had long red hair). My husband had ordered a meatball sub ft long and there was only 4 meatballs in the whole sandwich when mine had 8. Worst experience we had at this location. Highly doubt we will come back there. My husband deserves a full refund in my opinion.

Rebecca…. The reviews are spot on. I will not be returning to this location, I will drive past this location to a subway further from my home after the interaction I just had. First instantly rude vibes, not welcoming, not friendly, I asked for double meat ham and turkey I saw her not double the ham (6 slices on a footlong for ham isnt double) she also only did 1 layer of turkey so I clarified maybe she just thought I meant ham and turkey is double, so I said no double ham and double turkey so she added 1 more layer of turkey, I then said you didn’t double the ham, she replied yes I did. I said there are 12 pieces of ham? She said yes there is a total of 24 pieces of meat on this sandwich. ..Lo and behold I get home and disassemble my sandwich to find only 6 slices of ham and 12 pieces of turkey. But I was charged for double meat. It’s the principle that she argued with me and was less and less friendly which isn’t saying much since she started at a 2/5.
