Went to get a pop the entire food delivery truck made it impossible to pass into the drive through. So I back up go around I wanted 1 pop I wait at the window because I also couldn't fit into the drive through in my suv. I get to the window and the girl has a attitude and ignores me completely. I sit and wait since I'm unable to use the drive through which is completely obvious and the male worker comes up and I said I just want 1 pop please he said ok has attitude I Said I don't know why she has a attitude and he says we'll you messed up our timer I said yeah I can't get through I said that's extremely poor customer service. He said uh huh yeah but it messed up our timer cause you reversed and now I have to send a email to our manager. The whole thing was ridiculous ? and unprofessional rude and immature. The girl with the attitude who ignored me was wild.

Their workers clearly have attitude issues as far as I’ve seen cops at this location guest fighting for their money and first hand dealing with their out of pocket accusations extremely unprofessional this workers need to be reaped from this location if they can’t have good guest service they shouldn’t work guess service at all.

Went through drive thru. I was told they couldn't make 12 tacos because they only have two people. I asked how many tacos I can buy.Silence over the speaker.If you can't buy tacos at Taco Bell you may as well put a closed sign up.

I ordered a medium coffee, and she told me at the drive-through speaker that the coffee machine was broken so I had to get a Baja blast instead. Not only did she upgrade the medium drink to a large one, she also gave me free coupons for tacos next time I go! Very impressed!

Drive thru order:Missing items. Went inside and realized they never charged me. So ordered the missing items (2 Doritos tacos). Waited and waited at the counter while my first order was in the car getting cold. After nearly 10 minutes I hear the manager tell the crew “don’t worry about the counter. Drive thru orders first “I WAS a drive thru order and had to come in for an incomplete order.One of the items ordered was the chicken fried rolled tacos. They have been fried to the point of not being edible. So hard they can not be broke in half. Manager was rude and I will be stopping in tomorrow. Choose a different location.

Just picked up a mobile order. Food was terrible. Product used was not fresh by any means to make order. Bit into crunch wrap and immediately had to spit it out into a napkin. Potatoes in the fiesta potato bowls were hard as rocks. I tried the crunchy taco and the meat was cold inside. My Baja blast also vaguely tastes like cleaning product and might even be diet considering the taste is so off. Very disappointing.
