I have always had issues with this location over many years of visiting it. This time their card reader was not working and I was told they would hold my order while I went to get cash. I came back with cash and they were out of the things that I ordered. Don’t offer to hold my order if you can’t fulfill it when I come back within 15 minutes. The overall customer service throughout the situation was poor.

my wife and i have been going to this wendys for many years, almost once a week and have consistently gotten fast, friendly, cheerful service!! the staff typically smiles and takes care of all the details (ice, no water, sour cream for the chilli, ETC!!) we ask for. thank you 28th st. & burlingame in Wyoming, MI. !!we have been to dozens of wendys over the years, this one has been the BEST!!

It's a pretty decent Wendy's. Service is a little slow when eating in. They put too much ice in the sodas and lemonade. So ask for light ice! Food is good. The seasoned potatoes in the morning are great! Atmosphere is ok.

Don’t go here they give you old food in the MORNING you’d expect they’d have fresh food but no I got a frosty and it’s not even fully full and my fries look old and taste like they’d been microwaved and the chicken nuggets are tasting like a cheese and jalapeño sause! But they are pretty nice besides the lady at the drive thru she had a attitude because we didn’t know what we wanted right away but they had said sorry for the long wait they were ok

Normal Fast Food fare. Drive through staff was a bit surly and didn't get the order right. Happy to let someone ELSE fix it for them. Just not necessary, since I didn't make a big deal out of it. Everyone is easily offended. The others who fixed the order were quite pleasant. Maybe just an off day.
