just no, horrible customer service and drinks were thrown at me because i had asked for more ranch. the guy tried getting my number as well. broken ice machine and no drinks available. tried giving it to my kids and had to send them to the er. i’m surprised there still in business.

Place never has drink ready. Most of the time I order a combo and I leave without a drink. I don’t get refund for the drink or an upgrade to bottle drink. Today not only were they out of most drink. They were also out of ice smh. I Like this place but needs new management that can look at things like this to further improve customer service

Placed an order online and had my mom pick it up since she was already out, she was yelled at by a Mexican man with a hideous face for not knowing where the pickup area was. When she apologized and went to pickup, he refused to give her the order even though she had told him what name it was. He was being a complete a hole. I will be contacting corporate in a few minutes and never buying from here again. I will also make sure my entire family knows about this so they stop purchasing food here.

Id give them a 0 if I could. I ordered the food at 10:50 for a 11:15 pickup. I checked in at 11:20 to see if my food was ready. I was told they had just started working on it and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I come back at 11:40 to pick up my food. Still nothing. Turns out they never made my order. I had to show them my receipt and give them my order number before they even realized that I had made an order. I waited until 12:05 before my food was ready. Customer service was horrible. Please never ever go to this place.Parking: great parking.

Deal breaker: slow speed. Never go there for dining in. If you order take out, order at least half an hour before hand. This is no fast food store. I sat there for more than half an hour and still didn't get my food. Just based on the speed alone, I don't think I will go there again.Food: tasteful yet saggy fries. Tastety yet oily wings. The recipes are good, but the execution and management can really be improved.Environment: nothing to write home about. Not that clean, nor messy or dirty either. Greasy tables.

Ordered online told me 15 to 20 min went to pick it up ended up waiting 1hr and 30 min told the Mgr all he said was sorry and it's the weekend smh. The workers were rude and had attitude just like the Mgr the place was dirty as usual when I did get my wings they were to damn hard. i dont even like wingstop went there for my daughter I will never in my life go there again.

I didn't think any Wingstop could be worse than the one on Alpine. Boy was I wrong. Arrived and waited 4 minutes at the counter even though they clearly saw me. She finally asked what order I was there for. I told her which order and she said she just had to put it in a bag. Then she turns the young kids that walked in just after she asked me that and proceeded to help them instead of putting my order in a bag. Then again help another customer before putting my order in a bag. And then I waited another 5 minutes after she helped that customer as she did other stuff before she decided to put my order in a bag. So all told I was there 11 minutes even though my order was ready when I walked in the door just not bagged up. And on top of that the soda machine had no ice and everything was out. So pay for a soda and get water. This is why I chose Buffalo wild wings and will not return to any Wingstop .

Took my son in to grab lunch after his doctor appointment, and we were so happy to have went there.The staff was SUPER NICE, the food was hot, and taste amazing. Wasn't the best doc. appt, but the follow up lunch was amazing. I'd go back again and again!!

What a dump. Nobody should eat here. Place was dirty and not a single table clean. Asked for them to clean it and let them know the ice was out. All employees looked at me like I was asking too much. After waiting for 30 minutes I watched 3 employees smoke and walk right back on the line. One sneezed in the bare hands and continued to keep making food. Nasty would be insulted to eat here. DAMN
