I keep trying to give them the benefit of my doubt. I was there last week and there is a sign with a QR code that inferred there were two different prices one for cash and one for charge, only saw it on my way out so just not sure what the story is.....also during a trip the prior week, I paid cash and the associate looked at me and said, "do you want your change?" and I said, " as opposed to what?" and she said, "well, a tip, " mind you she had done NOTHING yet and wanted a tip.....I guess I am just old school and think tips should be earned... Very cute old fashioned place but somehow I seem to be leaving there scratching my head for different reasons.....

Everything about this place is great. We had a large party in an already busy restaurant and the staff was as amazing as the food. Everything you expect when you walk in an A&W.. the smiles, the atmosphere, and of course the Root Beer Floats. If they had the old tabletop jukeboxes I would've been reliving my childhood.
