I've been here several times since they opened this location. The pizza is pretty good, and there's a decent variety of other options on the menu. The menu was recently updated, so I haven't had the chance to try much of the new offerings.Service is always great, atmosphere is pretty good, though the bar area can be overwhelmingly noisy, really wish there was more separation between the dining area and bar, or some kind of acoustic panels to help deaden the noise.Regardless, the food is good, reasonably priced, prompt and friendly service. There's a reason we keep coming back!

Also i did respond to the manager listed below last week, but haven’t received any kind of response.We’ve been here multiple times over the years, I don’t know why we keep trying. I’ve tried to call in pickup orders, only to be placed on hold for more than 10 minutes before hanging up and giving up. I’ve had online orders get lost, without even an acknowledgment or apology when I’ve come to pick them up. I’ve had food missing from my orders that are clearly listed and paid for. Yes, things happen, but it seems to be frequently happening to me over the past year. Most staff are polite, but others barely acknowledge your existence.All I want to do is spend my money on food, but I think I’ve given enough chances to this restaurant and I’m over it.

My Friday night soap opera? Trying to support this local business. We ordered two large pizzas for delivery, 30 minutes later a bread and a small pizza arrived. As we noticed, the delivery man was leaving tire marks as he burned around the corner and off into the subpar pizza sunset. We called, requested our real order back, to which we were told we'd get a credit back and they would cancel the order- refusing to bring us our pizza. We placed a new order, went to go pick it up, only to be met by a lobby of impatient customers and a reception desk stacked with boxes to the ceiling. I was then offered my pizzas. Freezing cold, obviously the order that was supposed to be delivered 40 minutes earlier. Half full ranch cups and cold pizza in tow, I somberly drove home, unhappy and unfulfilled. This was a sore attempt at customer service, and a blemish upon the now-tarnished name of pizza.

For starters, my party of 4 was sat in an awful corner booth where people were walking past and standing near us constantly making for an uncomfortable meal. Second, our Waitress Alyssa, did not greet us with her name (I was able to get it from a friend who had dined there before and knew her) and she was extremely unattentative leaving us ready to order for nearly 20 minutes, and walking past us 6 times with empty glasses and plates on the edge of the table without bothering to pre-bus or ask if we'd like refills. Third, pur food took an hour and a half to be prepared. In this time we watched a table finish eating, pay, a new family come in and sit at that table, then order and recieve their entire meal all before we received ours. To top everything off, the pizza i ordered was a fairly simple, half margerhita, half pep sausage, and the pizza came half marg, 3 slices of pep bacon, and one slice with 2 pieces of sausage. When i brought it up to the waitress, i was gaslit to believe the "sausage just crumbles up weird". Luckily, Im a fan of bacon and the pizza tasted great, but it....was not what i ordered. I also didnt ask for, or imply i wanted anything else to make up for it, and still they decided to gaslight me. We had gone in trying to have a nice birthday dinner for my girlfriend and instead we were met with an uncomfrotable environment where we were forced to wait a very long time for food I didnt even order then was gaslit to believe I was in the wrong. Nothing was good enough to make me ever want to return.

The kitchen and take-out staff does not show a sense of urgency. I ordered ahead and had to waited an extra 30 minutes for my take out order of mac n cheese and a side salad to be complete.
