I highly recommend Cottage Inn Pizza for their fantastic food and top-notch service. The pizzas and wings are an absolute hit with the Eastern Michigan Men's Basketball team. The staff always goes above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

For years it's has been the best food in town but unfortunately last weekend of March 2024 the food service and food was the worst it took a long time to get the food the toppings where dry and little the worst the pizza ? dough was the worst ? it was not hot ? it was cold and the pizza ? dough was very very thin not much cheese ? or sauce I will never get any food from them ever again especially for the price the place has gone and the food has gone down hill now I see why the downtown store is permanently closed it's the worst place to eat now save your money ? don't buy or support this company the food and service is the worst ? now in 2024Vegetarian options: The worst place and food ? slow service cold food it's The worst now

We were in town for the MAPP State Championships and decided to stop in for the pizza buffet but found out they don't have the buffet on weekends. Instead we got a large Caesar salad and build your own pizza - Alfredo sauce, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese and garlic butter Parmesan crust. Salad was fresh and huge. Pizza was awesome. It's not the greatest atmosphere to eat inside (paper plates, plastic cups, plastic silverware, etc) and they don't serve you but the food made up for it.

Awesome vegan pan pizza at a fair price! Not greasy like you would expect, also traveled well when we brought leftovers home to Ohio. Super nice staff and a cute place that felt like a Pizza Hut in the '90s. Recommend. :)

Yo, CI sucks. The crust was like chewing on a bland pillow & so not vibing with that. Toppings were crap, lacking any freshness & flavor kick. And don't get me started on the cheez, tasted super fake. Service was dragging, and i spent more time watching the guy working flirt with his staff an his customers than do his real job. The place was dead. it took 29 mins for some breadsticks and a salad. CI, you will probably close down soon & im not coming back. Giving it one star for trying, but they seriously need to hire better staff and level up their pizza game.

I’ve been going to this place for years. Every place has its ups and downs and Cottage In Pizza is good pizza. I have to give it up, which is a shame.I stopped going here for a while because it was just really bad either I go to the counter, and I am ignored or the food is not edible.One time I went in there, and I was waiting a really long time and I see everybody walking around and working and they look up at me, but they looked down. They do not acknowledge me at the counter.One time I just called while I was waiting at the counter and a young man picked up the phone and I said look around the corner and he looked around the corner. I said you’re talking to me. I’ve been waiting here trying to pick up my order, would you please help me with my order.He seemed confused and didn’t know what to do. Very strange situations.We have a new owner again and I went in today. I thought I would try it again becauseIt’s close to the house. The food is usually good. It’s only one time it wasn’t edible.It was unbelievable it was unforgettable. I called Corporate to complain, but I’ve heard nothing back from the owner.They were playing loud music with a lot of cussing, and I mean a lot of cussing. I think we can all agree money doesn’t come easy and especially for going to order fast food that’s an extra amount of money that we really really can’t afford but it’s convenient and you want to support our local stores.So again, as usual, they see me it was a female, and does not acknowledge me. A friend and I went in tonight and just wanted the garlic cream cheese dip, nothing else. They proceeded to give us one small and one large container for FREE! This was such a kind gesture as we are broke college kids and just really wanted the dip. Definitely the best service I’ve gotten in a while from anywhere in the area.

This was my first time ordering from here and it was supposed to be a medium pizza with garlic butter crust, extra cheese plus feta cheese - what I got was garlic cheese bread with feta on it…?? I had to pay more for the extra cheese stuff and there’s not even extra cheese on the garlic bread lol my dudes you gotta get it together and just read the order right it literally says “md round pizza” on the receipt and on the box

DO NOT go to this location. if I could give it no stars I would. They are the most incompetent location EVER. cottage inn is delicious don't get me wrong, but this location is run by people who either do not know whats going on or they just don't care. you can call and place your order and then you go there to get it and 9 times out of 10 they forget your order BUT have the audacity to ask you to pay up front before giving you the food. literally go to any other location other then this one. one thing I can say is you will make friends with all the other angry and hungry people waiting for their pizza as you wait around. that is all. you're welcome from saving you from frustration and hunger.
