Chaotic “Chaos Theory”
This was the worst KFC food I have ever had. The drinks were out of syrup. The chicken sandwich was basically two chicken tenders cooked several hours ago on bun. Don't even want to talk about the rest of the food cause it all goes downhill. I can't believe that experience cost me +$20.... What the heck is going on here...

fast service doesn't mean a whole lot when the food is bad.got a chicken sandwich box, and the fries were stale, the chicken sandwich was ok, and the nuggets were sans sauce. feels like a waste of money.

I was in around 11 am FRIDAY, David was the employee who waited on me at the window and from the time I pulled up to order until the time I was leaving he was absolutely the most polite and professional person I think I've ever come across at a fast food restaurant or just plain restaurant in general, it's a shame that most places u don't get this kinda treatment , David I appreciate your kindness and professionalism thank you for your kindness and just general good attitude u made my day I hope your bosses know just how much an employee like yourself is worth and they take care of you.. good help is hard to find these days and customer service has gotten so bad over the years so it's nice to have been waited on by such a professional, I wish you all the best thank you so much KFC and David you are an exceptional and genuine person wish I the best fortunes.Sincerely,Chris OliverYpsilanti-district library
Everything out of $52 I spent here was cold, nothing was fresh, it was soggy, and they handed me the biggest bag threw the window, with smiles on they face, they don’t care. I gave it to the dogs, y’all selling dog food.

Shout out to the young gentleman that made us fresh biscuits 10 minutes before they closed a few nights ago. Super nice, thank you! Came the next day for the new wraps and they were delicious.
Sticker price shock when I ordered they had not updated the menu board with the correct prices so it was double the price I thought i was paying.?
