Waited 20 minutes after being asked to pull into a parking spot due to “short staffing.” I ordered 2 plain mcchicken’s and a large fry. They told me they were working on getting me fresh food. After waiting those twenty minutes, I was brought the wrong food. I don’t know if I would call what I got fresh, either. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Mcdonald’s… I will not be returning.

Was in Ypsilanti for business not sure where this McDonald's was. I got into the drive thru and after placing my order and paying I noticed there were at least 10 cars ahead of me just waiting in various spots for their food. I waited 20 minutes not a good experience.

Waited close to an hour to finally get my breakfast order taken only to be told they changed to lunch and wouldn't serve me. The woman rudely talked tfown to me and said I should have known better. Maybe if you'd taken my order in a timely manner, while it was still breakfast when I arrived, I wouldn't have asked for a breakfast order after you changed.

I would like to know why every time you go to this McDonald’s they park you in the parking lot. Wait five minutes and bring your food out. Just so they can speed up their drive-through times. It is an absolute joke.

Don’t got here during a rush or you will get the worst service! Came here on a Saturday a convention was happing at the Marriott and it took over 15 mins for 4 things. The burgers we got were cold and the fries were over salted. You would think if they are going to be that slow at least the food should be at its peak freshness. Workers a slow and not able to prioritize the inside patrons .

Terrible.ordered on app. Parked. 12 minutes later i went in to get food. When i asked for, since i saw it sitting on the counter, was given attitude about them being "short staffed". Well maybe the manager should have got up from her break in the lobby and helped out. Pop ice was almost all melted and warm/watered down. Hash brown was ice cold as well as the bagel sandwich, but hey they burned the bagel

When they tell you to pull up and wait for your food, (which was chicken nuggets, a quarter pounder with just cheese, ketchup and onions, fries and a drink) and then you watch from your side mirror them handing food out the window and people driving off, people that were there after you getting their food, a worker came out the door with a tray with a bunch of bags of food and she had no idea who had what. So she stopped at every car.. ours was the last and we had been there 15 minutes waiting for the food. I was on a time constraint, and that 15 minutes cost me dearly. The food was cold. The cheese and the hamburger wasn't even melted. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's again. People getting their food way before I did and a worker wandering around the parking lot trying to find whose food belonged to who.

The service is awful. We had to wait in the drive thru line for 10 min and nobody would take our mobile code. We pulled up to the first window and THE GUY WAS THERE. He was very nonchalant, asked us for our code and told us to pull forward only to have to wait another 10 min for someone to come to the 2nd window. Is this a joke????!! This is not the first time something like this happens and it's ridiculous that they don't do anything about it
