Went to pick up dinner after work. Ordered the 8 pc “family bundle” with 1 lg side and 4 biscuits at drive through. When I got home and opened the box there were only 7 pieces of chicken! 2 breast, 4 thighs and 1leg! Order comes with 2 pcs of each like always! (2 wings, 2 breast, 2 legs, and 2 thighs) Tried calling and didn’t get through! Recording says “call cannot be completed at this time”) Customer service was a joke too! Of course, can’t talk to anyone, only communication was via text! Told me to call the store and gave me a $5 coupon that expires, only after downloading the app and creating an account! Popeye’s you just lost a life long customer!! Now I know why their reviews are horrible!!

The drive through worker were HEAVILY HEAVILY HEAVILY HEAVILY rude, didn’t even have any food except breast, and then caught an attitude when we asked if there was wings. The workers at the drive through also started cussing at us and telling us we are worthless. DO NOT come to this location, your not only waisting gas but your time too.

Horrible. Messed up the entire order. Ordered two non spicy chicken sandwiches received two spicy chicken sandwiches both overcooked. Ordered two 6 piece wings and received one 6 piece without sauces. Ordered 12 piece nugget and they didn’t even include it…Only reason to ever order from here is if there’s a deal going on even then beware regardless.

I don't know why but this popeyes was slow. It took so long for them to take my order I thought they were closed and it was before 1pm. Oh and I still had to wait for my food too. The food wasn't as good as it has been in the past.

We passed through while on our roadtrip home from Michigan to Maryland and this is undoubtedly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The interior looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned since Covid started. While I ran in to use the bathroom, my husband went through the drive through and ordered us a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a classic chicken sandwich meal. He would have ordered something for our children but they had no kids meals, no nuggets, no regular chicken tenders, and no popcorn shrimp. There was only 1 car in front of us and the parking lot itself was near empty and it still took 10 minutes to get our food. When we did finally get our food, we found that the classic chicken sandwich had more mayo in it than chicken, both sandwiches were soggy, and the bags they came in were crumpled half closed and were covered in greasy fingerprints. They provided no napkins and no receipt. If you’re looking for a decent meal, I’d recommend McDonald’s before trying this place.
Close this location. It is run by incompetents. God I would not trust anything coming out of that kitchen. You would have to be a brain dead idiot to go here.

The worst Popeyes I have ever had, food smelled like it was cooked in burnt old oil. The containers for food were dent and seemed to be missing food and I went to through drive thru. Avoid this place.
