Yankee pot roast with potatoes and carrots and a 28 Oz Guinness for $20. Sat at the bar and service was excellent. I needed a break from Ann Arbor's pretentiousness and found real food, real people and down to earth setting. Bonus- a train came by while I was eating. The whole place kind of shakes a little as the train was only 20 ft away and going extremely fast. Was a great night.

First time here. Staff was great, food was great. A little pricey for bar food( so is everywhere), but huge portions. We will be back next time we're in the area!

The food was great, nothing too fancy which is exactly what I was looking for. I basically got a grilled cheese and tomato soup. It's a good place for home cooked food. It's nice to see all the train decor and a little history of GR spread out across the building. If you're looking for somewhere social though, keep in mind it is small and popular so you might be waiting for a seat for a while. You won't be rushed out though ❤️

Disgusted with the fact that I ordered thru door dash left a respectful message asking please to get a little extra because Applebees and ruby Tuesdays don’t give me as much dip. When it came it tasted off so we heated it up and began eating. Got to a piece and my partner proceeds to try to get the bite and it looked like a long cheese pull until you look closer and it’s paper towel… I’m highly disappointed pregnant and disgusted as well as nauseated. Guess if you want quality you have to eat in side or make yourself. All it took was a double look on the person making up our order. I guess I too have to dig thru my dips and salsa to be sure. I was thankful that you guys filled my cup up like I asked politely thru an app but felt my food was for sure tampered with but mistakes happen. Please fix this to avoid others food being contaminated. I’m nauseous and my food craving was not fulfilled!!

Another great spot for a date. I love their location in depot town, right next to the train tracks! It has a confusing entrance, and it's loud sometimes with its weird music choices, but they have lots of different seating (away from the speakers). As for the food, sweet potato fries and fried pickles are highly recommended.
Great spot to catch up with old friends and have a nice lunch.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Great vegetarian options as well. Today I opted for a regular burger but the black bean burger is excellent also. The onion rings and fried pickles are superb and they always have an extensive selection of beers on tap.
