Took 10 minutes between 2 people to make 2 subs for one person. Pathetic urgency. They have new employment every 4 months and it seems like none of them are trained.

It said they were open, we placed a DoorDash order and they weren’t open. So we had to deal with trying to get a refund. They also didn’t have a voicemail option set up to figure this out. If you’re not OPEN then put updated hours out saying so. Google says you’re open as well!

Placed an order online, when I got to the store they were closed. I went back in the next day to see if I could get my order or a refund and they told me they couldn't help me

This location closed early 10 minutes before closing time plus. And they stated that they close early because they had to mop the floors. But just as I pulled up they turn the light off and still would not take my order.What sense does it make to say that you close at 9 PM and you’re closing 15 to 20 minutes earlier?

Placed an online order for the dangerwich and supreme meats. The Dangerwich had no ham or bacon on it and the supreme meats didn’t have capicola. As well the lettuce was almost invisible. I added extras to the subs like pickles jalapeños etc and though the jalapeños were plentiful there were only pickles on half the sub. Was easily the thinnest subs I’ve ever seen. Highly disappointed especially given i went to a different subway for the same subs few days prior and had much much better subs and faster
