It's easter and we work to much to make dinner. Regardless I haven't have my food so messed up before, like the ingredients were there but it tasted gross, one bite was only lettuce the other was a huge glob of sour cream another bite was only beef. Just strange and very confusing and the amount on tomato's was way to much, it was the worse crunchwrap supreme I've ever tried, I also ordered a cassadilla one side was only cheese and the other have all the sauce and chicken. I'm irritated. Happy Easter I guess

Got 2 double stacks that were sad and had no lettuce nor cheese. Not even worth the effort to go back, check your food! BTW this was at 5pm on a Saturday. How do you mess that up?

Absolutely horrible, the supposed manager on site today (12/18) who was working the drive thru was completely unprofessional. She was cussing at and throwing stuff at customers. This is one of the worst Taco Bells around. Gave us a partially wrong order as well.

I have never had so many terrible experiences at one place before first being a customer. I was pranked with salted cinnabons that instantly made me throw up then trying to give them a second chance. Somehow I ordered breakfast online through the app. Went to the store to pick it up and was told they no longer serve breakfast. They have no idea how I was going to get a refund of my money back and then proceeded to start smiling and laughing at me while making fun of me going through the drive-thru the most worst experience ever at a Taco Bell

EVERY TIMENot just once in awhile but every time I go to this Taco Bell I regret it.I asked for extra nacho cheese. They didn’t even give me a normal amount. My burrito is just beans. It’s dry. It’s disappointing.Come on. Someone needs to get this establishment together it’s ridiculous. Especially when a customer pays extra for something. I’m tired of calling the manager up there and having to drive back because of their mistakes.
They got a few new people on the crew. They're really stepping it up. The lady at the drive thru (Sam) was super nice, fast and knowledgeable. Keep up the good job!
