Taking some time off work to recover from surgery, I was having a hard time desiring to eat anything. I didn't want any of my regular places, so I searched up Cafes on Cross St Ypsilanti and up came The Deep End Cafe & Gallery. Rather you’re looking for a great place to stop by for your morning coffee or tea. Or grabbing a quesadilla before a business meeting. The Deep End Cafe & Gallery provides more than your local cafe when it comes to great customer service. With a tasteful array of food options, a seasonal refreshing drink menu and and a nice musical rotation in the background. Really cute and stylish cafe. The owner is very sweet and takes pride in what she does. I've had the coffee, the smoothies, and some of the food, and it's all amazing. The music is great, and there is usually locally sourced artwork on the walls that changes frequently. I would love to see this cafe graduate to a bigger storefront someday so that they could display more local art.
