I feel like the service has honestly been great lately! But I ordered a London Fog this morning and it tasted so so bad-wasn't made right. Have ordered numerous times and it's typically good so not sure what happened. Was a pick up order so didn't have the opportunity to get a new one.

We pulled into drive thru, we literally waited over 10 minutes before we moved. In fact 2 cars pulled out of line because they waited so long.

I just hate how caribous sends out email promotions that aren’t any good and coupons in the mail that done upload when scanned. False advertising at its best

Had the honey lavender shaker for the 2nd time. Good thing I know the potential for how good it can be because it were the same as today, i wouldnt have it again. Staff very disengaged.

Caribou has lovely professional staff who are amazing & friendly❣️Love how they make my Caribou beverage perfect every time.Love the seating area for a Caribou & relaxation. :)Parking: Easy to access! :)Pull in & drive out so conveniently. :)Love the easy parking off the main highway.

I don’t normally write reviews but this one I felt compelled to. Today I decided to go to Caribou North (I went last month as well) and this is the second time where I spent 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Now when I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me and I got to order right away. However, I still had to wait that long to get my beverage. Since this is the second time this has happened to me in the span of two months, seems a little ridiculous. I can imagine it’s probably like this everyday. When I go to Scooters Coffee down the road, my wait time is 2-5 minutes, if that. I shouldn’t have to wait this long in the drive thru. It’s the morning, it’s going to be busy, staff your people appropriately. I think I’ll take my business back to Scooter’s.
