Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, no assistance. Noone else in the store. At least 5 people working behind the counter. Finally hollered for assistance, and the clerk took another 1-2 minutes to respond. NOT my opinion of "fast food"!!!

The food was good but I waited 30 minutes to place an order. No orders were taken in the time I was there and everyone ahead of me left. Someone complained that they counted 14 cars go through the drive-through while they were there. The employee angrily said they were told that drive-through orders take priority at all costs.

Normally I like KFC. We have tried this location a few times just to give the the benifit of the doubt. This location has been the worst. Bathroom and lobby is dirty. I didnt even want to change my kids diaper in the bathroom. The food we got was cold and very salty. KFC is not what it used to be. It should be as they claim. Hot and fresh and finger licking good.

Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. They continued to take orders from the drive thru but not from anyone at the counter. Everyone else at the counter walked out. Never again will I even consider your restaurant.

Dated decor but nostalgic. The for is a nice change of pace as I’m driving to Moorhead on a half way spot.

Stopped here on our way from the Cities to Fargo, and I can't recall a worse experience. It was hovering around zero degrees, but they clearly didn't take care of anything at all. The whole parking lot was iced over, and even with winter tires and a decent car, I almost crashed into the drive thru speaker twice, and had to back away from the window. When I got to the window, my card got declined because I didn't realize a payment went through. I apologized and transferred money over, and I tried it again and it got declined again. We tried my friend's card, but before I had the opportunity to hand it over, the lady at the window told us "we can't keep doing this you're holding up the line." The line of zero people waiting behind us. I can't believe I didn't talk back to her, and when her demeanor shifted aggressively as she handed us our food, suddenly, a cheery "have a good day" came out of her mouth, it set me off.I can't speak for the rest of the employees, and the food was fine, it was about what I'd expect from a KFC, but the place was not maintained at all, it was straight up dangerous trying to get around the drive thru, and the lady I interacted with was awful.Go somewhere else instead, there's tons of fast food options around this area.

Ive ordered twice from here between 2022-2024 and both times they didn't have any of the pieces I asked for. .BUTTTT! They did substitute with other piece sizes and even doubled them up! So, it was actually pretty awesome. I've also picked up a few door dash orders...the orders were ready before I had arrived...every time! Overall a great experience. ?Parking: Plenty of parking options

Heard nothing but bad things about working here, all the store manager does is bad mouth employees behind there backs, talks down on entry employees and complains 24/7 about everything regardless of the effort put in. Puts unnecessary stress on the employees thus resulting in poor service. If I had to suggest one thing it’d be to give the store manager a stern talking to on how to treat her employees and some new training.Kid-friendliness: Don’t eat here until the store mangers learns to be a team player
