Can you tell the lady sitting on the chair taking my money at the drive up window to try a bit harder and to watch her mouth. Very rude. Maybe get her a taller chair so she can stick her arm out the window a bit farther. I can only reach so far to give u my card. Horrible customer service.

Generally pretty fast in the drive-thru. Food I rated a 4 because they are terrible about throwing the MC chicken together, 99% of the time I have to put the lettuce back on ?. I never eat there so I never really have service! I've heard when you go in there they don't really have a cashier and ask you to do your order on the machine! I also cannot believe how expensive the food is!
times in as many weeks our order was messed up pretty significantly. but good kids working, and place has high volume of traffic- which they do move through quickly considering. The one on other side of town is way more low key. food better. service is a lot better. i hate to talk bad about anybody, but to be honest- i have been there twice with family as i mentioned- both times got burgers with onions, pickles, and ketchup for those in which we made a point to tell them not too. theres 3 of us in the car, and bringing home for another. the prior time, 3 of 4 were wrong. and missing completely an order of 20pc nuggets. the most recent trip, all 4 were incorrect. i dont get worked up over these things. so i report this with no negative emotion, just being honest. . .1 yr prior, on a job our 3 man moving crew stopped and went inside to eat. way better! food hot, etc. next week we stopped and used the drive through. we ended up telling them to return our money , and we left without... they forgot to put our order in, twice. we were there for 55 minutes. ..

Ordered a sandwich from here, plain, and it of course was not plain. When I requested that it be remade, due to FOOD ALLERGIES, the staff simply scraped the toppings off the burger (scraping away the meat itself and leaving a hole in the burger) and put it on a new bun. I understand this is a minimum wage job and the employees really don’t care, but it’s a safety hazard to someone health who is highly allergic to certain food items (like eggs, that are used to make mayonnaise). Would have been better off just throwing my cash out the window of my car seeing as the food was inedible and it had to be tossed anyways.

Ordered from curbside, waited for 30 minutes and no food, when we went inside they said it was brought out, then argued with us about it. Manager barely spoke English and 45 minutes later got our sandwich and coffee and left.

This was a new "kiosk only" order location. This meant that near all staff worked the back cooking and putting orders together. It unfortunately meant that sitting inside meant watching 5 drive-thru order go out before the dine in orders were filled. Also, the kiosk was not intuitive at all. Items that did not have a meal option were listed in the same area as those that did causing confusion.

Went through drive through to order food for my family was greeted by a very pushy lady who did not give time for anyone to really look at the menu to order but we pushed through it ordering our food for them to miss half the damn order in the bag and when you go to call and talk to someone all your greeted with is a damn voicemail that isn’t set up yet what a disgrace
