I have ordered well over 20-30 times over the last 3 years, However this last 3-4 times have been an absolute disaster. Long wait times, poor service and lazy employees. Were they busy? No! Do they deliver? No! Do they have 6 employees just not working while getting paid? Yup!! I ordered a XLNY and was informed they are not able to put Green Peppers on, (which has always been the norm) What did they do this time? Put them on…in the smallest amount possible. Very frustrating.

Matt was fast & friendly! After a long day, a large mushroom and sausage pizza was just the ticket. Matt was nice to talk to as I waited. Made the time seem like seconds... (It was probably 5 min. tops)?.
If you order a pizza there, you HAVE to watch them actually make it to be sure you are getting what you ordered. You cannot go by the receipt, or any kind of "id" that they have put on it because it is obvious that the staff there is incapable of reading an order. We made the mistake of not watching, and 3 of the items that were ordered and paid for were not on the pizza when we got home 25mi. away from the store. The items were listed on the order form and receipt... And, since that has happened to us several times at this location (the Fergus Falls location know how to read) we made the mistake of not watching. I am tired of paying for things that we don't receive!

Working here has to be one of my work experiences, they fired my boss simply because they didn’t care to have him there, but that’s whatever, the part I’m upset about is that why he ask why he’s was fired they said they don’t like his personality, when everyone else asked why, they have everyone different answers, I worked there for about a week for receiving a concussion but before I was about to head out to see the doctor they asked me, a 17 year old girl who still in school, to drop out of my school and start working for them as a full time manager, they have no respect for any of there employees and refuse to meet basic needs of there customers, once around Halloween we had a manger from St. Cloud come in to help out, all she did was stand in the back on her phone and distract people by showing them pictures of her dogs, and eventually and giving us no help at all she decided to leave to go get dog food and go home, she would clearly choose favorites and ignore others, I had complained about getting soaked while doing dishes and she immediately went on Amazon and got me a nice leather apron, but would yell at others for using it, many time she would flat out tell me that I was her favorite in front of other employees, 0/10 work place experience, I genuinely hope that customers see how horrible this place is and won’t go there, it’s incredibly dirty and everyone makes fun of the people that come in, be better.Vegetarian options: There have been times where someone who is strictly vegan comes in and someone will put meat on it as a “joke”.

Pizza quality is usually great! Their online and slice rewards really are not great. I have been over charged the last 3 visits and have not gotten rewards the past 6 visits even though I bring it up and put my number in each time. Love the pizza but their system sucks. Probably not an issue with this site conpletely, but there is something they could do and do not...
