First time, it was delicious I knew the pickles would be soggy because I took it to go, which is fine… but when you ask for a medium burger you expect it be pink, it wasn’t even medium well… it was scorched, surprisingly enough still moist so not bad just wish the chef knew the temp method on beef or something :/ $65 you expect to compete with the best, first time but probably the last, half a days pay for that meal

Service was great and I was seated almost immediately. The chili was a bit watery, but everything else was good. I really liked the pulled pork sliders with the fried pickles, although the bun could have been toasted more. Salad was average.Parking: Plenty of handicap spots

Went on Valentine's Day for an after show lunch with a group of 8. Our waitress did a great job! I got the lunch Fish and Chips. The fries were great but the fish was a little on the mushy side. Still good, but not 5 star. 3 people got the French Onion soup and they all couldn't eat most of it because it was too salty.

Update: I don't know what changed, but the food quality has really gone downhill.About a dozen trips here, staff is always nice, food is always great.
The tomato soup was the best I have ever had. My wrap was also very tasty. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. One of my favs to dine at.

Half of our party never received their food by the time the other half was done eating. They kept saying their computers were down, so the bad service wasn't their fault. OK food, horrible service. This was second time there, first time also had bad service. Not planning on going there again.

Went on my husband's birthday, January of 2024 and waited 25 min to be seated and then another 60+ for food that was not even edible. 2 kids chicken nugget meals, the chicken peeled apart like crab meat and tasted like garbage. Those got thrown away. My soup was barely warm and didn't come out when it was supposed to. My husband's burger & bun were rock hard, that got sent back and not replaced. MIL burger was edible but the mayo on the side tasted funky, it wasnt a type of aoli.Our waitress didnt even seem to care and it was obvious she was avoiding our table. This was our fifth time there and our fouth bad experience. We're done eating at Boulder Taphouse. Disappointed, waste of time, waste of money.
