The food was fantastic, it tasted homemade. The atmosphere had a "small town in the country vibe." The pricing was fantastic. This seat, yourself small diner, draws in a big crowd, so be prepared for a very intimate seating arrangement. I ordered the western skillet with a big pancake and a side of bacon, and wow, was that a lot of food. Our table also ordered the meat eater omelet and the #4 (french toast) with a side of ham. I'm a traveler from the south. Sparky's has the best breakfast in Minnesota from all the places I have tried. Th only place that can compare to a good southern breakfast! Tess, my server is also awesome...excellent customer service! This little café is just a cute and comfort breakfast spot! Everywhere no matter the business type tend to get behind at times, if you can't be somewhat understanding and patient, well..."bless your heart".
