Our server working the counter complained that she did not typically work lunches. I ordered a Mild Buffalo chicken wrap with a side salad. I was asked what kind of salad, so I said Cobb. The server could not run the order system to save her life. After all was said and done, I was charged 25.96 for two entrees, received the Hotest Buffalo chicken wrap I have ever tastes, two orders of fries, a full Cobb salad and a mountain dew fountain beverage. I returned to work with the order to further discover there were no utinsle to eat with. Apple Valley BW's needs to do much better. This location is dead to me.

Ordered through DoorDash, you need to make sure you are giving out the right orders. Spent $40 on food and received a completely different order. Ridiculous honestly. I work in fast food and things like this don’t happen in my company we make sure we have the right food that goes out to customers. Do better.

I went February 19. Not a ton of people there but was seated by the bartender even though she was busy with her area and then was greeted by our server after 5 mins. We ordered food a burger and some wings. I got my burger and finished it before my GF got her wings. After we were done with our meal we were told that if we used the app we can get 10% off our bill which was a lie. Still had leftovers and wanted to double check why we didn’t receive the discount. Waited 10-15 more mins to even get said box and get issued resolved with our bill. They said they took care of it and refunded my money but I haven’t even gotten it back yet. Would not recommend would not come back.
