I went in super hungry and ordered chicken bowl and got 15 pieces of chicken I counted. Anyways, as I was checking out, the guy who took my order made it seem like he didn’t want me there and when he passed my bowl to the second employee for toppings she made it a big deal. My husband went in to order was told that you can only get a large cheese quesadilla if you order online. he purchased two small cheese quesadillas. One had cheese and something else in it not really sure what maybe an onion fell into the cheese. And the other had only guac in it. He didn’t ask for guacamole

Went to this location tonight, to be welcomed by the employees messing around. The restaurant only had a handful of customers in there. The staff seemed more concerned about joking around rather than helping customers. Not a great experience!

We ordered Delivery.We ordered 2 Chicken Bowls with guacamole.$44!We received our order and it was missing the 'Chicken'.We drove from our House and asked for a remake and a side of Chicken and pointed out the fact that we had to drive back to correct the 'Delivery Order' and we 'PAID' for Delivery.We drove back Home and thought we were going to enjoy what we ordered.Nope.Missing the 'Guacamole' we paid extra for.We gave Up.Note:The Manager was Awesome and the vibe was positive!The Kicker, is the Order was on the Top of the Bowl we returned and I told 2 employees to duplicate the order as written on the package and 1 employee even double checked with me about the ingredients.STILL Missing the Guacamole!How do you screw up a simple order Twice while reading a label?Chipotle has gone downhill in a Dramatic way.Mind blown!!!

This is the best Chipotle in the Southern Dakota County area.
Always have issues there. I've complained multiple times and they don't care. You order extra chicken and get less than norms chicken. They miss items all of the time on the on line orders. They have kids that work there and don't care.

Put in a drive thru pick up order and I ordered 2 berry agua frescas and instead i got sprite that tasted like soda water and bland coke. The queso dip and half of the ingredients were missing in the burritos. On top of all that the rice was undercooked and we got a rotten chunk of avocado in our guacamole. Dont come here, theyre a bunch of highschoolers who were told to work there by mommy and daddy to show them the value of hard work. This location will always disappoint you, dont come here.
