If I wanted HBD written on a cake, I would have asked for that! When a customer asks for Happy Birthday to be written, don't take it apon your selves to write whatever you want. How about pick the phone up and ask the customer if your changes are OK. Loved your employee's response. "I didn't make it, it's not my fault". Never again will I order from this location!

Showed up and they closed the store before we could even go in. It was 1:30 in the afternoon.
Edited my 5-star review from 4 years ago to a1- star. As another reviewer commented, it felt 90 degrees in the store and everything was melted. The store was very dirty and you could tell the equipment needed work. Fly traps were hanging over the food. There were multiple people walking out and we ended up tossing the ice cream that was the consistency of milk. Now I know why they weren’t filling the cups. I was thinking of cutting them a break with my review in case something broke today, but I see they have had issues for over a week which is disgusting.

This place has gone down hill. Can’t even get ice cream that isn’t already melted by the time you leave. Maybe if you didn’t keep the inside of the shop 90 degrees you would have frozen ice cream instead of liquid. And they never have any waffle cones or bowls.

I went in today and first off noticed it was very hot in the ice cream shop and a lot of the ice cream that you could see in the display case was VERY melted and did not look right... Also, as soon as I walked out and went to take a bite of my ice cream it was already extremely liquidy/melted AND there was a thick dark hair in my ice cream!! I believe the hair came from the mans beard hair (who made my ice cream). They did make me a new ice cream and apologized for the troubles which was nice but I personally felt this place was very un sanitary. I use to love this cold stone, so I am sad to post this poor review but I want to forewarn others.
