TITLE: If I could leave negative stars I'd give -1000 stars!First off, the store is filthy. Secondly, the staff are more interested in goofing off than doing their jobs. Third, they aren't even good at that!!!Seriously!!! Once from the drive thru I saw a kid try to snap a towel at another kid and he snapped himself in the eye!!! And dropped the ice cream he was holding ROFFLMFAO!!!Furthermore, If you do order from say one of countless, useless and overpriced delivery services this DQ won't honor one single request you make via the app. I'm not asking for world peace but ya think I could get the "BBQ & HONEY MUSTARD PLEASE" that I clearly requested???NOPE!!! That's two delivery orders in a row where the trained monkey couldn't get the packet in the bag or flavor a blizzard with mint. What's DQs' claim to fame? That's right...made to order BLIZZARDS!!!WAY TO GO DQ APPLE VALLEY!!! BATTING 1000...negative so calm down! Seriously though, how do you find your way out of a given domicile, sorry your home, your crib, da spot? I mean... ya' cant get sauce in a bag so...This won't happen again because A: I Uninstalled all food delivery apps before writing this review. B: I will never, like all business I boycott, I repeat never do business with your location or those delivery services ever again.#upyourgameyo

not gonna lie this place is okay SOMETIMES. occasionally they would get me and my family’s food right but that’s rare. most of the time they would either forget a meal or two and or forget a drink or even the fries all together. today we thought “hey let’s give them one more try” because we love the food but today is the last because they had forgotten two of our meals and our fries :( very sad

This place has the worst service of any fast food place I've been too. The last time i went through the drive through you could hear the employees arguing with each other through the speaker. It 15 minutes to get to the window and the employees were arguing about whether they should have let me order hot fudge.

very slow... and then when we got up the window the worker asked us if we wanted a lid, then he spent a solid minute attempting to put the lid on the blizzard. made a huge mess...

Messed up my order 2 weeks ago, came back to see if they could redeem themselves. Ordered a NY cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecakes bites and it came with absolutely 0 both times. Ordered a small, charged me for a medium, and my arctic freeze cup came with a hole in it.

This location is very busy, be prepared for a wait either inside or in the drive through. They make the treats as you would get at any other DQ. They also have a large selection of food items.

The service here is very poor. Our first experience at the drive-thru was just before closing. I've worked in fast food too growing up, and I get how frustrating it is when customers keep showing up, and you want to go home, but having an attitude giving us our ice cream is uncalled for. We tried to go through the drive-thru this past weekend, and ended up leaving since the line didn't move for 20 minutes. Management needs to make serious changes with employees and do more trainings. I wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business. Won't be back.

I absolutely love this place and the workers are so sweet !! I watched them struggle a few months ago working there butts off and they finally got a few new employees and their doing fantastic!!! Wish you all the very best and keep doing great, especially because it’s a younger crowed this is amazing to watch, compared to a couple other businesses in apple valley you guys will always be my first pick !! Your store is always clean and the workers are always doing their best jobs to make sure I’m served fast and my orders are always fresh love you guys soooo so much.
